    Yes.

    That is EXACTLY how it works when a Majority is in Power in Either House of Congress.

    Much like the GOP had Senate Power in 2016 and STOLE a Supreme Court Seat from the Democrats.

    IF the GOP was so worried about this happening, they should've done a better job of holding the House in the Midterms.:salute:

    Honestly, I'm not 100% sure that theory is too far off the mark... Not that Trump wasn't a willing patsy, but it's firmly believable that Giuliani bought the entire load of garbage from his Ukraine contacts and convinced his dim buddy that these investigations had merit...

    Trump IS the evil version of Chauncey Gardner, so it sort of plays.

    However, if that's the eventual defense they settle on (Rudy fooled Trump), it's equally impeachable for being so frickin' malleable...
