C19 dealt Joe’s campaign a death blow. Right when he had momentum building he lost the national stage completely. He will not get it back. C19 will dominate the news and he is not part of it.

It won't, but it might help the economy recover faster. Parts of the economy won't be the same even if we get a vaccine. I think building infrastructure is a reasonable idea, but it won't help much if the spending gets bogged down in bureaucratic BS. I think the forgiving of college loans is pandering to Bernie supporters.
