Lawyers in Istanbul: "We will not be part of this farce" A Court in Istanbul has asked that 41 lawyers are remanded in custody. The lawyers, belonging to the Asrın Hukuk Bürosu and representing Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan have been detained on Tuesday. Yesterday in Istanbul the prosecutor have been taking their defense statements. But when the lawyers demanded for their lawyers there was no reply fron the Court. So the lawyers have decided to boycott what they called a "farce". "We will not - they said - be part of this comedy". The lawyers also added that they do not intend to "give credit to this totally illegal proceeding". ANF / ISTANBUL

Those lawyers were taken in custody regarding KCK investigation.Its the city infestructure of pkk terrorist organization.Their goal is to create chaos and prepare an environment for a "revolutionary uprising" according to how they define it.Basicaly trying to create scenes like Middle Eastern countries in south east and rest of Turkey. The methods they follow are Marxist-Leninist-Maoist ones.So called democracy promoters trying to impose their order to people of south eastern region by dictating,bullying.It has been revealed lately how they collect a so called "revolution tax" that starts from at least 15.000 euro from the business men of the region by force and if they refuse to give,they were threatened with death.If Turkish police didnt make those operations Turkey would be in a much worse situation. Also,a photo of one of those lawyers taken in a pkk camp while doing weapons training has been published in the news and the others are blamed for being a courrier between imprisoned öcalan and qandil mountain.Many terror acts were made with the commands and letters those lawyers carried in between.Still,all of this is a legal process,no one has been sentenced to any penalty.
well in Turkey been a kurdish political and if accused of supporting "kurdish rights" you will get worse sentence than an armed fighter in Qandil mountain , how does this work
