Of course a vaccine isn't pointless. Who knows if it won't come back......

Why would the use of a vaccine be any different in the next few weeks to a time when it might come back?

None at all...vaccines are good to have. Not sure where I ever suggested they weren't....and glad to see we are moving right along in that department to this new virus.

Ah, so if Dirty Donnie and you Trumpsters label someone a "radical" it's automatically the truth and ok to use extra-judicial violence against them.

How very Stalinist of you , comrade !

I would consider anyone throwing tomatoes at others and using violence as a radical...and self-defense/defense of others isn't Stalinist, or extra-judical...it's perfectly legal in Western Culture

I'm not getting tested unless I get really sick.

People are only going to get tests if their doctor agrees they need a test, and that is likely to happen if they have flu symptoms but test negative for the flu. At that point, coronavirus would be "presumed", or at least suspected, and they would get a test.

Part of managing this virus so that we don't overwhelm the health system is that not everyone should run out for a test.

So you're fine with Dirty Donnie encouraging other Trumpsters to engage in violence against protesters (who weren't throwing tomatoes, BTW) by promising to pay their legal fees.

And that was in 2016. Since then we can go through lots and lots of Dirty Donnie's tweets.

While distancing myself as far as possible from any suggestion that this is being wished upon him, it certainly would be the height of historical irony if Trump were to pass to the other side and meet his maker having contracted this virus.

    Wrong!

The point about the tests is to determine if you have been infected WITHOUT your knowledge and therefore pose a risk to others.

For example someone at your place of work calls in sick and is subsequently determined to have the virus. Everyone at your place of work who might have had any contact with that person, INCLUDING customers, would need to be tested ASAP. You might not even know the person yourself but if you both placed your lunch in the fridge in the break room and they moved yours to get theirs that is a potential source of infection for YOU.

Those tests are needed for MORE than just those who are showing symptoms.

I take it that you will never have the vaccine.

He said he would if they were involved in self-defense or defense of others...not if they started it. At least that was in the link you provided

Then why did you go all the way back to 2016? Provide one that proves your point

It seems like a lot of Trump supporters don't even know what the tests or a vaccine is for

    Depends, ..

I've never gotten the flu vaccine....I doubt I'll ever get this one...it's less likely I'll get sick from conrona then the flu.

That is an understatement but it does highlight why the criminal IMPOTUS loves his "poorly educated" supporters.

Nothing about self-defense or defense of others has ever been mentioned by DD or anyone associated with his administration. He's just asking for violence against his opponents by his supporters. You inserted the "self-defense" justification. Provide something that proves your point.

DD is pre-disposed toward this and nothing has changed in 4 years.

The quotes you provided were all about self-defense or defense of others...and no time did he suggest it was ok to simply assault someone that was a leftist....

If i feel sick....or may age, and other overall health. The current virus really only impacts the elderly and those with other underlying health issues....if I get into one of those classes, I'd consider it

Nope not the next time I get a cold. There is a difference between a little cold, and a feeling worse. If I don't get better then yes, maybe a doctor's trip and a test if the doctor advises that it's needed

Sure he did. He was encouraging pre-emptive violence. He also complained that the Vegas protester wasn't beaten up.

Shall we move on to the video DD tweeted with him beating up a person with CNN logo ? No incitement to violence there, just fantasy , right ?

Then why did he say don’t hurt him and if you see someone about to do something?

    sort of undercuts your narrative

Not at all. You ignored the rest of the quote. It's an implied request. And pretty transparent one.

Agreed, it's pretty clear to me too...he wanted people to stop leftist radicals from committing acts of violence....pretty straight forward. Not unreasonable either If you go around throwing things at people you run the risk of potentially getting hurt. I wouldn't recommend doing it

That is a Trumpster apologist interpretation and a pretty lame one at that.
