    This is a direct violation of the 4th Amendment, which states no warrants shall be issued except for probably cause, and prohibits unreasonable searches. The 4th Amendment was aimed at the British 'general warrants', which were fishing expeditions with no probably cause. The clause which enables Congress to get a tax return is for purposes of overseeing the IRS possible abuses, as we saw with Obama's IRS scandal, not to go after individual taxpayers without cause. That clause also allows the POTUS to request a tax return, perhaps Trump should request the returns of Pelosi, Feinstein, and Clinton in relation to her Foundation quid pro quos while she was Secretary of State.

    I hope Trump fights this all the way to the SCOTUS. Given the rigged Deep State effort against him, why should he cooperate with no probable cause justifying this fishing expedition?

    That exact phrase is in the 4th Amendment. The ignorance about our Founding documents is amazing.

    Hardly fishing when the guys campaign manager and personal lawyer were both involved in financial fraud. His lawyer even implicated trump in possible fraud. What are you so afraid they’ll find?

    True Story. Her crimes regarding her containing, sending, and receiving Top Secret information illegally have no Statute of Limitations. If we get the Justice Department to do their job, she is toast without a doubt.
