So we have this ghetto rat and her ghetto rat staff twerking, jumping around, flailing their limbs about, dancing, and making multiple music videos while holding scalpels and cutting into people.

And whats even more disturbing is that the very government board responsible for keeping us safe from people like this has apparently sat on numerous complaints dating back at least two years - gee I wonder why.

This degenerate needs to be barred from medicine, she needs to surrender all of her business and personal files computers digital equipment etc for inspection to discover if there are more victims, she needs to charged with reckless endangerment and invasion of privacy for each person filmed, and then all of that needs to be applied to each member of her staff as well.

One complaint is alleging she caused brain damage to a patient she operated on.

If there's evidence to prove that then I say death penalty should be considered for her and life in prison for her staff.

Her "I didn't do anything" excuse is that this was all about promoting her business.

But it would have been SO EASY for them to make the exact same sort of video on somebody who wasn't under the knife.

They could have literally had any one of their people just fake being on the table and do the EXACT SAME THING.

    wtf...

OK look, I can't say this definitely led to mistakes during surgery (some people operate [no pun intended] better like this), but this sort of 'business practice' should at the very least have been disclosed to patients prior to treatment.

Who knows, there might be a 'niche market' for this sort of 'care'... but I doubt it.

Malpractice suit should be a slam dunk.

We need more affirmative action doctors.

Glad to see this moving forward in discovering her victims and giving them the means to put her into a 5x5 hole for the rest of her life.

This piece of subhuman trash needs a life sentence.

I don't know what's crazier, her behavior in the operating room or that she willfully posted those videos thinking it was a good idea.

yeah, I will pass, too many germs flying around in hospitals the way it is, do not need a doctor cutting me open and then stiring it up, putting their hands on their butts, then touching my insides, nope, no way

if I was the hospital, I would suspend them first time, then fire if ever do it again

and anyone that got an infection after her surgeries should sue, course conservatives made it so you can only sue within 3 years, so may be too long past for many to sue now, so if they suffered 5 years ago and learned of this, too bad, so sad

she wont get jail, doctors rarely get jail for malpractice....

only way to get change is to sue, I am glad to see this happen too, she should lose for sure imo

she can do that outside the operating room all she wants, but in the operating room.. time to be a professional

Well that's because the vast majority of malpractice cases are civil ones where guilty verdicts yield monetary damages not prison sentences.

But I think this can easily cross into a criminal case based on what I read here:

Gross/flagrant deviation from standard of care ...check.

Negligent state of mind in which she should have been aware of the substantial and unjustifiable risk ...check.

Also the fact that there are allegedly over 100 complaints and dozens that come with supporting video evidence pushes that over the line IMO.

If I were a juror I'd vote to convict on a criminal charge.

Way to take a shot at conservatives, well done. But you might not need a lawyer five years later were it not for affirmative action college students, bonus points for checking the right box, political correctness and hiring quotas - gotta be diverse ya know.

    Relax!

These cumbersome, expensive and wealth-destroying regulation are being eliminated as we speak!

Don't want to go to a twerking doctor? Don't hire one (although if a doc doesn't warn you, too bad)! Buyer beware!

Just look like Texas, where a doctor could rock and roll and even cut off the wrong led, and unless the doctor admitted she cut off the WRONG ON PURPOSE, there will be NO lawsuit allowed for punitive damages! Its heaven on earth ..... for doctors and insurance companies, anyway...

I can accept it if everything else is covered. In an earlier career I was a commercial pilot. Yes we danced sang snd tumbled into Monty Python skits. Everything else was in scrupulous order.

This doctor wasn't operating legally. Her surgical clinic wasn't licensed or approved. She wasn't board certified for surgery. She wasn't board certified as a cosmetic surgeon. Her clinic has a rash of mursa infections. She didn't hire qualified staff. Her surgical nurse wasn't a nurse. Her anesthesiologist wasnt licensed.

Dang. You’d be shut down in a heartbeat if you opened a hotdog stand without a license.

DENVER (CBS4) – Denver police shut down a lemonade stand put on by a group of brothers over a permitting issue.

When Jennifer Knowles helped her sons set up their first lemonade stand over the weekend, she thought it would be a lesson in entrepreneurship and charity.

“The boys went online and they decided they wanted to help a child in another country less fortunate, and we found a place in Colorado Springs called Charity International, and they picked a five-year-old boy in Indonesia,” she said.

This video proves beyond any doubt the point I made the other day that being educated doesnt make you intelligent. This person is simply an educated moron.
