But the fact is, once Trump set out to smear Biden for personal advantage in his campaign (for which he is now impeached) there really wasn't any way around that.

Biden's situation is evidence of why we can't allow presidents to use our federal government to create smear against a political opponent.

 

Does that go for the DOJ/FBI and the Russia hoax? Unlike that, there was real corruption in the Biden's dealings, that even the Obama administration was concerned about.

 

That wasn't even CLOSE to being an adequate correction.

She swore an oath to uphold the constitution knowing damn well that she intended to try and overrule it.

That sort of mindset has lead to the complete break of the DNC.....thankfully, our system isn't broken...Due Process was finally afforded to the accused and he was completely exonerated by a jury of his peers.
