Democrat Beliefs In America?

I know of no conservatives who want a government established religion. As a matter of fact I can think of no such liberal either....., well at least outside the religion of global warming maybe.

 

it seems difficult to even have a discussion with some people, who confuse organized religion with God, i know of many who could be better classified as "spiritual" than religious, and overall these people have "better" morals than the religious ones...SAME goes for our "war on drugs" these same people cant distinguish between the prohibtion cause effects and actual effects from drugs...it seems pointless to talk when we cant even get past the rightwing headlines and define the facts

This is all interesting and well and good, but has nothing to do with a government established religion ala the 1st amendment.

 

the problem with liberals, is that they love to ask questions, and give very little answers. or none. The Republicans haven't even fronted a policy platform since Trump's second term (apart from hail to the leader), so that's a bit rich.

Stand for? Oh we know what the GOP stand for, gutting taxes on the richest, over and over. Denying benefits to service members, Denying a cap on insulin costs. Denying the ability to negotiate pharmaceutical costs, which is why the GOP passed Medicare Part D in the middle of the night, without a single penny in funding, of course!

I think God is real, and am spiritual. Those whom wish to be religious, and go to church, that is their Constitutional right.

I am not a politician or a democrat, but I don't want YOUR gawd telling me how to live. Especially since I actually died once, and while I can say with certainty that our consciousness survives our physical death, I can also say with certainty that the personality that you worship, and wish to impose on others does NOT exist.

There are also entire swaths of the galaxy that's never heard of the gawd of the buybull (or the whole book itself), and there are other entire galaxies that haven't "heard the good news". Plus we live many many lives, and you may even be gay next time.
