    It's good to know that the Trump government doesn't have our backs.

    It's the difference between the non-panic of the H1N1 flu under the Obama government and pure panic under the Trump government during this outbreak. Different management style has different results. Panic vs. No Panic. Stock market crash vs. no stock market crash.

    I love your comparisons. Obama ignored the Swine flu which killed hundreds of thousands. My guess is the Chinese virus will have a lower death count than the Swine flu.
    Enter President Trump, the guy the lefties hate and still cannot get over their landslide election loss in 2016.
    The press sees this as an opportunity to throw sand into the Trump re-election campaign and have created the panic, not your president. To everyone's surprise, Trump has used this as a campaign rally on a nightly basis. Good on him for doing so.
    Time will tell where this ends up but if you see this to be a democrat advantage sort of thing, I believe you are sadly mistaken.

    It's not a Republican vs. Democrat thing.

    It's a management style thing.

    FDR rallied the country to fight a war with his strong speeches and fireside chats.

    JFK rallied the country to tackle space.

    Reagan rallied the world to bring down the Soviet Union.

    Obama's style was so calm and relaxed, he didn't need to rally the public because it took the H1N1 flu in a calm and relaxed manner. No panic.

    Drama Queen Trump's style of government is chaos and back stabbing. The American public responded to this virus' outbreak with chaos and back stabbing.

    It's a reflection of management style.

    Trump is managing while not becoming a screaming head fear monger. He is also not over stepping federal power and deferring to the states as he should. Doing a fine job as well.

    Peoole keeping comparing this to WWII and that Trump should react as FDR from a federal level.

    Except we are not under direct threat of an invasion on the West Coast from a foreign power. Its a virus, it’s not a organized and armed group with openly expressed desire to harm this country. It’s amazing people can’t see the difference in that simple fact.

    Taiwan , a country with the population of NYC thru strong democratic government Leadership even though located off the Chinese coast after 10 weeks held the number of cases to 400 with only 5 deaths.

    Trump could have saved Americans but chose not to ......... rather his style of Leadership was to dismiss the threat.
