Democratic voters seem to be edging further towards Bernie Sanders rather than Clinton. But if they think or hope that Sanders will be a shining new light - as so many considered Obama to be - they can forget it. Sanders will be just another elected gofor on foreign affairs, doing as he's told by the Neocons who continue to hold sway in those critical areas of perpetual foreign war and global destruction, as Robert Parry makes clear below.

And whichever runner wins the Republican nomi nation, the same thing will follow as surely as day follows night.

Whoever wins the presidential race - y'all are going to be lied too, see more of your taxes being funneled into war fighting and being generally manipulated over world affairs, as usual, all over again.

    Enjoy. You earned it.

Hillary will be indicted. Then I hope the Dems follow Bernie like lemmings off a cliff. I bet Bernie has a hammer and sickle flag hanging in his office.

As far as the war machine goes, I'm all for it. Either we fight the Islamic animals there or here. I prefer to hit them with the full force of the American military and end the fighting, as opposed to Obama's goal of a never ending war.

Has it never occurred to you that the droning of the innocent coupled with the creation of failed states and so on is very likely why the US may well suffer increasing terrorism till this is sorted. Oh I do accept you imprison, torture and kill journalists who want to report
but it is a small world now and news gets around

I mean the supposed 'free society' is far from free now

Photographing Drone War Protest Lands Peace Activist, Grandmother 6 Months in Prison

You know most of the people who are living in terror of drones every day, sacred to go to work or school had never heard of the United States before they were introduced to them by drones. Now many of those the US terrorises and kills loved ones of joined extremist Islamists groups ...that is as it is now... but for later....Jeremy Scahill at any rate believes the US's behaviour has a massive amount of people with a score to settle with ...sorry to say American's.

After 9/11 the US as well as most of the West put it's intelligence in the bucket. It began to think in a one dimensional way. We are good, they are evil. We have might. We are right.

The world is replying to this ignorant and unskillful way of operating. I am guessing it will get worse.

You can thank the darling of Europe Obama for ramping up the drone war. He did say, "I am really good at killing people." Think about THAT. And who is Scahill? Is he some kind of seer?

The most effective way to fight Islamic radicals seems to be to let Islamic totalitarians handle it.

I am very aware of Obama and his droning. I cannot see him without thinking of it.

    Jeremy Scahill

I met him at 'Democracy Now' talking about the droning of Yemen among other things.

Well, I like social programs as much as the next Democrat, but when I look at the price tag to do these things my jaw hits the floor.

Yeah, no, we can't do that...

By the way, I haven't been following Bernie But I don't think he has a foreign policy. I just assumed he was all nothing but promoting expensive social programs.

You already tried the full force thing. It hasn't worked quite the way you expected with Iraq and now we're suffering the consequences of Bush's little war adventure. Thanks for that. "Mission Accomplished".
