1. People have a right to disagree or agree with matters they are involved in, and 2. People have the right to exercise personal or group choices - You can do anything as long as: 1) you do not subject a person to the matter if they disagree with it, 2) you do not intend to affect a person that doesn't want to be affected, and 3) you don't violate the terms of an agreement.
