Yes, today we have Feinstein telling the nominated Attorney General that this position requires him to apply the law "equally" and "without political considerations". After eight years of Holder and Lynch (where every decision they made was based on race and politics) she has the hutzpah to spew these words?

This is just another example of how pathetic the Dems are.

Millions of Americans are very queasy about Sessions. Get used to it. If he's one of Donnie Trump's picks, that's a red flag.

We're queasy about the worst party in America(Democrats) but frustratingly, we have to deal with them. Over 100 years of uselessness. And as per usual, they're being useless.

If Sessions ever used the AG's office as a political weapon like Holder did, the left would be in full meltdown.

Wasnt he one of the top choices for Hilary's VP? The plot thickens.

"The controversial comments allegedly made by Mr Sessions came to light during a Senate committee meeting in 1986."

You know what allegedly means.... Meanwhile Holder said "My people" and no one on the left cared. The AG is supposed to be unbiased right?

This is why they lost. This would be like Lynch telling him that his position requires him to follow the law and at no time shall he ever meet secretly on the tarmac with the spouse of a person who he is currently investigating. Nobody cares what these has-been losers have to say.

As long as you think it's a bad idea, or it makes you queasy, it's a green flag because that means he's doing something right.

When Loretta Lynch sued the living hell out of Ferguson, was she applying justice equally? Or was she misusing and abusing office? Where were Democrats like Feinstein and Booker during this abuse? Nowhere? Exactly.

Only if the AG is a Republican. Democrats live by different rules. Every time a decision is made by the Republican Senate, I laugh because Reid changed the rules to fit democrat decisions, never using the common sense to think ahead about what might happen if Republicans control it all. Idiots.

All that I need to know about Sessions is that he is from Alabama in ruder to make my determination that he will not support or uphold the Constitution.

^^^^^^^This is the garbage we get from a foreigner who doesn't know what he is talking about. Yes, the racist Senator Sessions helped push through Obama's choice of Eric Holder to be AG. Then he doubled down on that mistake and voted for Loretta Lynch as AG. WOW What a racist.
Is that part of your "well-documented" position?

When the appointment of holder was being debated, Dem. Senator Leahy was full of praise for Senator Sessions. Now Leahy says Sessions has repeatedly stood in the way of (protecting) American civil rights. Have you no shame Sen. Leahy?

Now that the shoe is on the other foot, I figure the Republicans, as always, will act like the adults and be unbiased and fair. I just wish democrats could act the same. I'm just glad we don't have to listen to an AG talk about racist cops and attend the funerals of thugs, or hear stories from the First real Lady since Laura Bush about how she came from slaves, or how some short white woman asked her for help with something on the top shelf since she's tall, or how she's always a victim. I'm sure the democrats will stage another sit-in, too... I hope so, I could use some entertainment from the toddler's section.

This is how you'll look if you spend your life being stressed out over racism and sexism at a level that doesn't actually exist. I know a few posters on this forum that either already look like this, or soon will if they can't get with the times.

This reflects the level of childishness instilled in them. My gosh, you lost, get over it. This is the kid (*)(*)(*)(*) they learn in college.

That's because you're prejudiced (preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience.). You don't need facts, just projection and stereotypes, while you call anyone on the right a racist if they project and stereotype.
