This is Dick Morris' take on those recent polls showing a widening lead for President Obama over his Republican challenger: And the link: Dont Believe Poll Propaganda at DickMorris.com
Most of the polls make no sense in reality because they weigh them unevenly REP v DEM and many of the polls are not talking to LIKELY voters. If we as a country really are as inept, shallow, stupid and ignorant to elect Obama again, then we collectively deserve to no longer be the great nation we once were. Sadly for right thinking people, we get sucked into the same vortex of hell as the dooshbags who voted the opposite way we did. I'm ready to split this country into two and let the progressives govern their own way and we conservatives can govern our way. I'm tired of living among the idiots.
Ah, Dick Morris, America's worst pundit, the guy who has gotten most every single thing wrong for many years. Naturally, this means he's in high demand for all the talking head shows. The media adores the "Democrat predicts dooms for Democrats!" thing that Morris specializes in. The Dick Morris business model: 1) Make ridiculous predictions 2) Get the gullible crowd who badly want to believe those ridiculous predictions to sign up for your newsletter and patronize DickMorrisTV. 3) Bombard gullible audience with spamly-type advertising offers 4) Profit! I especially liked his "Obama and the UN are going to confiscate all guns on July 27, 2012!" prediction. Morris deliberately makes his predictions dumber than anyone else's, because the extra-gullible crowd he reels in with such nonsense is worth big bucks to advertisers.
Well, you have now informed us (1) that you don't trust Dick Morris' predictions; and (2) that you consider those of us who do not dismiss him so cavalierly as incredibly "gullible." What you have not indicated, however, is the specific basis on which you disagree with his analysis, as presented above. Note: A deep, visceral dislike for the man really does not count for much...
It's because you were so gullible. Step out of the bubble and it's all much clearer. It was not based on any reliable numbers. In other words, it was just words. And it was not an "analysis". It was merely random thoughts with a conclusion based on nothing more than his own personal wishes. Hope you learned something. I'm guessing not, however.
What's fascinating is not how GULLIBLE Fox Newsers were to take seriously Morris' "Romney landslide" prediction....after so many failed Morris predictions in the past (Remember he claimed "Undecides will break for McCain" in 200.... it's the fact that Morris will come out...do his "I was wrong" mea culpa....expect everybody watching Fox to accept it and "forget".....start spouting off NEW predictions.... and the DUPES watching Fox....will believe those NEW predictions with just as much certainty as they believed Mitt Romney was going to win in a landslide. It's not just "fool me once, shame on you..fool me twice, shame on me"....it's "Just keep fooling me over and over and over, Dick...and I'll come running back for more." They're like abused spouses.
It's because abused spouses REALLY. REALLY want to believe it will stop. They are emotionally invested. When you want to believe something so badly no amount of facts or evidence will sway you. The Faux crowd is now like that. It's funny that for years the right kept saying one of the problems of the left was that they were so emotional. Now the shoe is clearly on the other foot.
yep, what an idiot dick morris is
