He outlaws 12 minute showers because since 1970 his party the Democrat party has controlled the state legislature and instead of building dams and reservoirs to save water for a future drought, they instead spend the tax payers money on trains to no where and on immigrants and illegal aliens. Gov. Moonbeam and the liberals still have the welcome mat at the border telling all of the worlds uneducated and unskilled and gang bangers, pedophiles, dog rapers and foreigners who just want free stuff they are still welcome in California. That the California will keep educating your children, keep building jail cells so when you get to drunk you have a safe place to sleep it off and even free healthcare. Its possible. You're right about California creating its own drought factor and you mention of the train to nowhere brought a smile to my lips. Having cheap labor from illegal immigrants is nice, but in the long run it is going to cost a whole lot more than cheap labor is worth.
