President Biden just said that he'd kill Americans with F-15's because we only have AR-15's? Has he thrown down the gauntlet and become a dictator, challenging us to defy him? Threatening us with F-15's if we ever did so?
It's funny that he said this, given that the previous Democrat Administration poured guns into Libya and Syria to try to topple their governments. (successful in the first case, nearly successful in the second) read this thread "Guns cannot be used to defeat government", What about Afghanistan then? And now even under Biden they have been pouring guns, along with plenty of other infantry weapons into Ukraine to try to stave off the Russians.
