that Asia has no racial tension?

Good lord. I will post the video clip here. He just said it 10 minutes ago.

The victimization of America continues by the radical left. We had ASIAN slaves here... and yet you don't see them acting this way.

Unreal. We will never recover from this non-sense with race baiting and false claims being made.

So is he trying to say Asians are the "model minority"? Where have I heard that sentiment before...?

Not only that, but racism runs rampant in Asia.

My wifes grandfather was required to live in a certain area of town, go to a specific school only for Chinese, and had to pay higher taxes than Koreans.

Much of which still exists today.

Stupid stupid comment. Always trying to throw America under the bus, ignorantly so.

If he said Asia has no racial tension I once again wonder how that man made it through Harvard. Been in several Asian countries and they all had race issues as far as I could tell. Hong Kong used to be cool though. Your waiter could be a black guy who was raised in Indonesia and spoke Mandarin and English with a Australian accent.

When I would be out on the town with a black friend in Japan we first had to find a restaurant/bar that would allow Americans in then hope they allowed blacks also. Korea was not quite as bad in the military towns but once you got out in the boonies the Koreans would be fascinated by black Americans skin. Kids would want to see if it rubbed off.

An independent investigator for the UN says racism in Japan is deep and profound, and the government does not recognise the depth of the problem.

Doudou Diene, a UN special rapporteur on racism and xenophobia, was speaking at the end of a nine-day tour of the country.

He said Japan should introduce new legislation to combat discrimination.

Mr Diene travelled to several Japanese cities during his visit, meeting minority groups and touring slums.

He said that although the government helped to organise his visit, he felt many officials failed to recognise the seriousness of the racism and discrimination minorities suffered.

He was also concerned that politicians used racist or nationalist themes, as he put it, to whip up popular emotions. He singled out the treatment of ethnic Koreans and Chinese and indigenous tribes.

Well many Asian nations or at least east Asian ones are much more homogenous than the US or any western nation for that matter with Korea, Japan, Taiwan ect. all having 98% or more of the population a single ethnic group. China is probably the most diverse with 92% of the population being Han Chinese and the majority of the rest being various other Asian ethnic groups but yes they still have race riots as evidenced in the link below. There are also inter ethnic tensions such as the ones that led to Japanese business being destroyed over those disputed islands.

It's obvious why he picked Joe Biden as VP. Biden is the only one who makes more gaffes than he does, although Hillary may qualified to enter enter the competition soon

Anecdotal, but I have about ten friends who have lived in Japan at one point or another and they all, without exception, say that the Japanese are about as racist as you can get. Heck, we used to have a poster from Japan that said this and this, which led me to believe the guy was NOT trolling us.

Who built the Western section of the Trans Continental Railroad? While not slaves in the traditional sense of the word, they were used as slave labor.

Irish were the first slaves brought to the New World by the English, some were sold by the Barbary Pirates (Muslims).

The irony of his statement is that Asians view black people as animals, less than human.

President "CORPSEmen" says a lot of stupid and clearly uneducated stuff.... like the US Constitution was written around 9AD, that Hawaii is in Asia, he was in '57 states and had one more to go' and on and on....

His admirers and avid supporters don't care how stupid he sounds, how embarrassing he is.....
