corporate welfare is what republicans approve of because they allow companies to become too big to fail and require welfare to save those companies and the economy

welfare for the poor is what democrats approve of because it builds the economy from the ground up, it is more of a long term investment into the economy and the right way to do it because these impoverished people once they are able to climb the ladder can go on to start small businesses which are driving force for economy, not big bloated saturated businesses
