Bernie is left enough, IMO. I think there is a place for that, and I hope the DP eventually moves back left, and not just on social issues, for they are far enough left on those anyways. We need a moderate left, and a right, instead of one party with two heads on non social issues. But with neither side dominating forever. I am moderately left on some issues and moderately right on other issues. I think many americans used to be in this group once upon a time. Individualism should not be a right wing position exclusively. And yet that is what has happened.

Better' even money that you don't have a clue what administrative competence actually is.

Too bad the old boob won. The american tragedy continues to unfold before our eyes.

    Don't forget the cocaine.

I'm willing to lay down a bet that Hillary still has the cocaine monkey on her back.

That was back during the good old day when America was still great when both Democrats and Republicans were American nationalist.

There was a time when progressives were found in both political parties. Before the radical left hijacked the progressive label to hide behind, most progressives were nationalist socialist, using science to fix the ills of society.

Today's progressives aren't real progressives but mostly internationalist socialist, anarchist and commies.

If for nothing else it is because he understands illegal immigration hurts american workers. He is not an open borders nutcase. I see him as being closer to an old democrat than the DP is, along with the hillary kinda of democrat is. He is on some things more left than myself, but no one has ever believed exactly like me on all issues. I am conservative on some things, and and old FDR kinda guy on other things. The DP has no relationship to the party of FDR. None. And I blast the modern democrats daily here on this forum. Both the hillary kind and the ones that are just too damned radical, extremists.

But the DNC has a lot of influence and the liberal bias fake news MSM has even more influence over the voters during the Democratic primaries and the general election.

Unlike the DNC, the RNC isn't allowed to promote or support or contribute any money to any Republican candidate during the primaries. It's the registered Republicans who decides who will be the Republican Presidential candidate.

If the RNC was just half as corrupt as the DNC, it would be resident Jeb Bush today.

Obama was a Kennedy-family supported outsider who flashed in the pan at the right time.

Maybe the DNC will find somebody else like him next time.

Hillary running again and/or Joe Biden making a bid would lose to Trump or Pence.

Hillary is like a bad dream that won't go away. And so is Biden.

There are valid issues favoring the DNC which are the Achilles heel of the GOP.

    They include:

    - abortion rights

    - Social Security

    - Medicare

    - ACA

    - gay marriage

    - GOP tax hikes on the upper middle class with cuts on corporations and on the rich

    - environmental protection from oil and coal companies

You should never underestimate your opponents.

Ocasio-Cortez would do well in upper middle class liberal enclaves where she came from but the rest of the country? Nope.

Of course not. But why do you need to culturally appropriate a Christian concept to express your distaste for Clinton?

How would you express your distaste without figures of speech?

Seems to me it means a great deal if you have to use my culture to express your ideas. Don't you have any of your own?
