Do Americans Workers Have Sufficient Rights?

Not always. I recently turned down a management position when i found out how many hoops i had to jump through to fire bad employees.

 

Wrong! Atheism is your religion.. it is impossible for a human to be without a religion.. most people's religion is simply whatever pleases them.

 

I would address this. When Progressives speak of "rights" they speak of taking away something from some people and giving it to others. Often for votes as in the debate last night. Conservatives think of rights as God-given entities as the Founders envisioned where rights are things that come naturally unless violated by aggressors or government. Everything you speak of the "enlightenment of Europe" takes something away from one group and gives it to someone else by a mandate of government. We are not Europe. If you want several weeks vacation time, save up and provide it for yourself. It is a flaw of human nature to think someone else needs to provide it for you. That is the flaw of Socialism. No understanding of human nature.

Atheism is not a religion. Atheism and religion are both subsets in a broader category ... BELIEF. So they are closely related, just not the same.

 

Atheism is the belief that creation is just happenstance and the value of mankind exists only in our minds. It is a belief. Religion doesn't have to be spiritual.

 

By and large religion is belief in a deity or deities. Regardless it is a belief. Atheism is belief there are no deities. Both are beliefs. The deity connection binds them together.

Faith based belief. Everything everyone believes is faith based. At the very lesst one must have faith that their observations are worthy of belief.

Rights of individuals are vastly more important than the rights of society as a whole. Without individual rights society has no rights.

Unions played a very important role in labor relations back in the day. I have witnessed first hand both the good and the bad.

 

You have one right, the right to leave. That is sufficient. Everything else can and should be a matter of negotiation between the employer and the employee.

 

A worker who's unhappy at his or her job has the right to quit.
