I am convinced that for very obvious reasons the national RNC and elitists money people - whether calling themselves Republican nor not - WANT the Democrats to keep the presidency, while also wanting Republicans to control Congress, but not with enough votes to override any veto. The reason is obvious. This way, everything can stay business-as-usual. Each side will rant about diversionary social issues like abortion, racism, etc - while otherwise they don't have to keep even one campaign promise or give a damn what people or voters want. Instead, each side just blames the other side as always. Democrat politicians and the Democrat president blames Republicans in Congress. Republicans in Congress blame the Democrats. They can then keep stealing as much as they want and getting as much special tax and regulatory favors as the super rich and elites want. Why else would the RNC and so-called Republican elites be FINANCING and pushing who is likely the most hated, back-stabbing, and Wall Street plus big oil created lawyer-politician Ted Cruz? Despite his words, Ted Cruz is establishment, even literally married to Wall Street. Wall Street and big oil put up the money for his Senate run and now his presidential run. In return, Ted Cruz actually had agreed to amnesty for illegals and even pushed legislation Wall Street and big business wanted to dramatically increase the number of VISAS for immigrants to the USA to take Americans' jobs - so extreme as forcing those employees to train their cheaper foreign imported employees - made possible by such as Ted Cruz - or else they would lose their severance pay. Yet you won't hear ONE negative about Cruz from the media in such regards by the ELITE and BIG CORPORATIONS owned media on the left or the right. Cruz and Clinton both are equally PRO-WAR, PRO-WALL STREET, PRO-Big International business, pro-amnesty and pro replacing American employees with foreign employes even within the USA. For his extreme stances on social issues and for the massive in-fighting the RNC has deliberately created among Republicans, it seems clear that the RNC and Republican elites WANT Democrats to keep the presidency. If Republicans have Congress AND the Presidency they'd actually have to do something and would lose their excuses for not keeping their campaign promises. Both political parties are run by essentially the same "club". Simply put, we have "Fat Cat Republicans" and "Limousine Liberal Democrats". The Fat Cats were pushing their "machine" candidates, like the Jebster, but failed. The Limo Demo's are pushing Hillary, and they will win. Is it any more complicated than that? Both factions want total control of their own particular herd of cattle, and as the populace gets increasing mashed-down and dumbed-down, this gets easier all the time. BTW, Trump is actually a Democrat "mole", cleverly planted to sabotage the Republican Party which will essentially disappear in no more than another eight years. Moo!
