    Yes, I remember reading that you take rather large doses of MSM. I looked it up and MSM should be taken at low to medium doses. Not high doses. Be careful Dennis.

    Technically MSM is food..... and it has zero toxicity.... the same toxicity as water. I am getting an amazing level of pain relief in my wrists and thumbs that were really troubling me nine months ago.

    I would prefer to take MSM than any chemical based pain reliever for what my physician felt was probably osteo-arthritis. I am sixty one.
