Doesn’t make sense or does it??

Feinstein says no one needs an assault weapon for home defense….
Biden says no one needs an AR15 for home defense, get a shotgun….
Obama thinks no one should own a gun….
Bloomberg started “Mayors Against Illegal Guns” but they are going after legal guns instead.
(and of course there is the soda drinks in NY)

    What do they reaaly want??

DHS has rated the AR15 as suitable for self-defense. What? Someone forgot to tell Biden?
    http://radioviceonline.com/departme...rt-rifle-ar-15-suitable-for-personal-defense/

If the assault “style” weapons are such a problem, why do so many law enforcement agencies sell raffle tickets to win an AR15 to the public.

One side is saying, I don’t want to be armed, so nobody should be.
The other side is saying it should be a choice.

Some of us grew up with guns in the home. We never considered using one for the wrong reasons.
Hunting, target shooting and a fun time with friends. We were taught at a very young age.
I taught my daughter to shoot when she was 11 or 12 years old. A lot of kids start even sooner (5 years) and they are all better for it today.
Political correctness has really screwed everything up.
Now there is something wrong with you if you teach your kids about gun safety and shooting at an early age.
Knowledge can go a long way, especially if you get it at an early age.

It is actually better to teach children at young age. It is a mistake to never allow your children to lay eyes on your firearms. Accidents involving children usually occur because the child doesn't know anything about guns and have never fired one, so when they come across one, they don't know how to handle it. My children are able to safely disarm a gun with ease. Training your children to shoot is included with safe gun teaching techniques.

This is what CORRUPTION looks like at the highest levels of govenrment. They want control - pure and simple. Biden doesn't believe anyone should have the right to own a gun either - it just sounds better to say "get a shotgun".

If these clowns really cared about voilence they would not be pumping arms into the middle east, running guns into Mexico, and exporting US dollars to fund abortions around the world.

I actuall heard a "liberal" tv host say today or yesterday (not sure) that "people need the nanny state" because we cannot control our intake of soft drinks. Many people agree. There was someone at the Democratic National Convention last year talking to people about the "right" to an abortion and everyone was all for that, but then turned to "large soft drinks" and people were probably 90% for limiting those because "someone might make a bad choice" I swear people are losing their ability to THINK at even a minimal level.

Little dictators at every turn looking to seize power from an ignorant population.

The ignorant seem to run the country, systematicly putting morons into the seat of power across the states.

Some claim that the assault weapons or firearms only purpose was to kill lots of people.

I like to think that they were created for the purpose of survival and self-defense against bad people.

What would happen if everyone actually taught their kids about firearm safety and recreational use like it used to be? (hunting, target shooting etc.)
Putting kids through a hunter safety course at 12 years old does wonders for their knowledge and respect of firearms.

5 years old is not to young to start gun safety in the home. Target shooting with BB gun and/or .22 rifle with Dad and/or Mom.

Right now, children are taught that guns are evil and bad when we should be teaching the opposite.
We all know what happens when someone is told to leave it alone or you can’t have that, it’s evil, you don’t need that.

Kids tend to want it even more for the wrong reasons.

I think with all the gun laws in place it has had the opposite effect. Rather than fixing the problem, it has been made even worse.

It doesn’t matter how many laws are on the books, education still has to be a part of the solution.

Keep doing the same thing and expect different results......

I would've just ignored this ignorance but the capitalization of THINK and the reference to an "ignorant population" forced my hand.

To wit: there's not one single word of truth in your entire post.

well. I read the post. Without say anything further, what part of the OP, specifically did you find so disheartening? There were several things mentioned in there.
