PSSST...your beloved demorats were the ones who KNEW saddam had WMD and were cirlcing the wagons and gnashing teeth and demanding something be done!

It took a REPUBLICAN WITH BALLS to step up and do what the pansy demorats would not.

Of course, it never hurts that they signed off on the war as well.

Convenient how lefties never mention that part...

    Was that a gay reference?

Good to see that gayness is still used as an insult by the left. No hypocrisy there, eh...

You don't understand. I called bubba on it and I call trump on it to. I haven't espoused an opinion yet on what trump has said, I only pointed out the typical leftist hypocrisy on such BS since you guys are slobbering all over yourselves over it.

Just assisting in wiping yall's chin, that's all.

    My beloved Democrats?
I voted for Bush, amazing how some Cons are so quick to prove their ignorance when it comes to those they reply to.

Oh for sure they are, but the inner city slugs won't give two sharts unless there's a free gift involved. They don't care about politics, they just wanted to get a black guy "in president, you know?"

Big deal. Bachmann led the polls at one point. It doesn't mean much more than putting a target on the "flavor" of the week for the other candidates.

Gotta luv the people who still think "obamaphone" is a policy he created. Vehement partisan right wingers don't want to acknowledge the program was a REPUBLICAN idea under St. Ronnie.

But that's what ya get with the bumpersticker crowd.

"The problem with our Liberal friends isn't that they're not knowledgable, but that they know so much that isn't so-Ronald Reagan.

Truest comment ever, Reagan very epically called the Democrats delirious and if he could rise from the grave he'd see that their delusions have expounded greatly over the years.

As an example of delusions, Liberals still blame Ronald Reagan for everything wrong with America today. There's some policy of Reagan's that should have been applied differently, or non-differently. Trickle-down, should have instead been an investment in Middle Class workers. But even so, our GDP-Debt ratio was still positive, at least until 2006. If Liberals want to sincerely hold grip with Reagan for something, hold grip for Iran-Contra.

That was the first time Proxy States became a foreign strategy, which gave rise to the terrorists and gave rise to our current predicament. That is my greatest gripe with Sir Reagan. But in terms of private growth, the private sector and everything that had been accomplished, he was a great American President. So much so, that many Democrats and Republicans respected him.

Reagan was our last giant, not the Kennedy's IMO. The family just rode John's coattails IMO.

And yet they still had -- and exhibited -- more class and more love of country than Barack and Michelle. Ronald Reagan . . . half brain dead and yet he was still a far, FAR better president than Barack (Political Messiah) Obama. Weird, eh?

Now -- taking my cue from Trump -- that's HOW to spit in the eye of the ideological-doctrine of leftwing Political Correctness . . . [IMG]

I thought his response to the moderator bringing up his businesses bankruptcies was enlightening though. He justified it predictably by saying everyone does it, but his two other points were what made me sit up. He called his investors "sharks", and said that it was okay because it was the law of the land.

The "shark" comment makes his loyalty to the rich white investors seem pretty shallow. And, Law of the land? This guy has a pretty narrow ideology compared to politicians like Jindal who condemned governors who accepted federal money.

    Oh well, fun stuff.

I don't mind universal health care as a principle, but it's going to have to be enacted in a totally different way than the ACA. The ACA is the perfect example of how NOT to organize a business. I implore Washington that since it lacks business expertise, they shouldn't write bills on its behalf. Or maybe they should seek council with the US Chamber of Commerce.

There will be a National Health care system, but it just won't be the ACA in our lifetime. That's not political, it's just a consequence of how awfully drafted the concept the ACA is. Any reform must start with the common knowledge that Health Care by nature is inelastic, since it is such that means scarcity in Health Care is inevitable. That means any such reform must be geared towards reducing our health care usage.

For me, a National Health Care plan has to be organized like that of Singapore's(Lowest cost in the world), with private insurance/hospitals so as to keep the consumer demand in line with the elascity. Now that various groups can be treated individually instead as one big group, we'll be able to better allot resources.

Trump hates everything and holds everybody with contempt. He should do well amongst the demographic that is such true conservatives they won't vote for anybody.

You should hold establishment Washington with contempt. 20 trillion dollars, runaway spending, not much has been done to address poverty. While there has been 'spending', none of it has been in the fashion of the New Deal. None of it has targeted major problems, and when major problems arise, Washington as a WHOLE is obstructionist. Because the "problems" happen to be lynchpin programs for the two parties in power.

Whether it's entitlements or defense spending, no one wants to touch either of these trojan horses. I do.

the majority of the spending was spending Bush authorized and just carried over, other then of course the ACA

two wars and tax cuts for the rich are not cheap...

when ever a war is started the tax for the top 20% should rise, not be lowered

I hold Washington in contempt because they don't spend enough on helping people in favor of killing people instead, but I am not out there running for anything, so I don't need supporters and donors.
