This is why Trump has GOT to be tried and incarcerated. Even that won't keep him from running (he could legally serve even from a jail cell) but we've got to make it as difficult as possible and still get ready for a real fight at the end.

I've been reading A Tale of Two Cities. It's a story of how once people get fed up enough with a recalcitrant group of oppressors they just start beheading them, guilty or not. Present-day Republicans might reread it with profit, I'm thinking

And why, for that matter, would he believe that Trump could become president by decision of the Supreme Court? There is no legal or constitutional mechanism for that to happen even if there were fraud.

Well, no, it's not based on any kind of reality. Just as Trump lied and said that Pence had the power to not accept the votes, he has Lindell and others convinced the SCOTUS can overturn the election. I believe much of this will die down once the Dominion lawsuits play out. They will have to pony up some real evidence of fraud and for all intents and purposes it doesn't look like they have any.

 

So there is no need to be defensive due to a post meant for someone else. There is something to be said for those who protest too much.

On topic, I never listened to his briefings or speeches. Never read a tweet and will not be checking his website.

 

I’m all for any minority or female or both running for President as a conservative Republican. I still think a 45/46 year old man with several children living at home is young enough. DeSantis in 2024.

I will probably start making fun of it if he uses it to peddle more of his idiotic conspiracy theories or videos about how much he hates low-flow toilets, but there's not really anything to comment on so far.

I have really good news for you. Immigration is many many many times more survivable than the virus. In fact almost everything is. So you no longer need to have an opinion on anything.

The left turns immigration into a crisis under Trump and then acts like it's no big deal under Biden.

Many of these immigrants are robbed, raped along the way, sex trafficked or come with the virus spreading it to many trapped in small cages with tin foil and cement floors for bed and blankets. There is also drug running for the cartels. Biden is seeing a record number of immigrants.

I know for a fact some covid 19 deaths were falsified so I won't even rely on that data. Almost everyone who gets it lives.
