Time will tell. I base my vote on whom I have faith in and trust that comes closest to my political ideology. In 2012 I had lost faith in Obama and didn't trust Romney, I voted for Gary Johnson. But until someone other than a Cain, Keyes and Carson who is running now comes along, none of them were actually serious candidates. We shall never know until that actually happens, if it happens.

That must be in Canada, because that is definitely not the history of Conservatives in America.

It behooves us to keep things in perspective. The GOP National Convention is not until July, 2016, and the candidate with the highest name recognition mainly attributable to his shtick as a reality tv personality has yet to get above 25% support in any poll of GOP candidates, and he enjoys a 27% favorable/59% unfavorable reaction from the public, although White Supremacists are endorsing him.

I am not speaking of you personally, I am just speaking of Conservatives and Republicans in general and you are right until that happens it is all talk.

Sure it is. One of the problems is 90% of black identify or affiliate with the Democratic Party giving them much more to choose and pick from. Still, until President Obama ran, the Democrats never really had a serious black candidate either. I do not count Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton or Carol Moseley Braun as a serious candidates as anyone with even a bit of political knowledge knew they didn't stand a chance. Which in a way makes the election of Barak Obama that much more impressive.

Interesting how he never says " Bush 2 was such a horrible President, that will be the last time we elect a white man to office." If anything proves the inherent racism in America it is this admission of white privilege.

Oh, I don't think that's a fair assessment at all, unless you've personally spoken with most white Obama voters about it.

His agenda in 2008 was change and transparency, and that was good enough for most voters. It would also explain why they're regretting it.

Maybe I was wrong, though. Your post is riddled with enough prejudice to make to reconsider my initial statement.

Your right and there is a reason most black folks don't vote for Republicans and Conservatives. With that said it was whites who elected Pres. Obama not black folks.

You can come up with any reason you want, but the bottom line is Democrats/Liberals have elected a black man as POTUS and Republicans/Conservatives have not. Hell they haven't even come close.

He is part white, but he identifies himself as black.

Is it, he is kind of like Tiger Woods if you just saw them walking down the street and you had never heard of them you would see them as just the average black man.

I know you want admit it on this forum, but we both know you would.

Is this the thread where Liberals call Trump a "RACIST"!? OMG! Who didn't see that bull crap coming? Sorry Liberals, you have over played the card. It has no impact anymore.

"Black Lies Matter".... and we laugh at you guys now.

Trump was right... and I am not voting for the guy.

Barack Obama went out and got 90%+ of the black vote.... and then he screwed them over by catering to the illegal immigrant crowd costing them jobs and lowering their standard of living. Blacks know he screwed them over and they will not vote in a 90% block again to some two bit scumbag Community Organizer or any other Democrat selling your brand of misery.

Original perception doesnt change the facts once known.

Obama looks like a Black Man.. Infact he is mixed. Fact > original perception.

Whites elected President Obama, okay you got me thinking and looking. Since 1968 blacks have voted Democratic 85-90% on the average. In 2008 and 2012 the voted for Obama 94 and 96%. Now this I find interesting concerning the white vote:
    2012 Obama 44% Romney 56%
    2008 Obama 45% McCain 55%
    2004 Kerry 44% Bush 56%
    2000 Gore 43% Bush 55%
    1996 Clinton 46% Dole 45% Perot 9%
    1992 Clinton 39% Bush 41% Perot 20%
    1988 Dukakis 41% Bush 59%
    1984 Mondale 34% Reagan 66%
    1980 Carter 36% Reagan 56% Anderson 7%

And so on, you can take a look at this. There is a whole bunch more information.

    http://www.gallup.com/poll/139880/election-polls-presidential-vote-groups.aspx

True, it was the Democrats who selected and ran Obama and he won.

Condi Rice doesn't want the White House job, and it probably is hers for the asking. She want to be the commish of the National Football League, and apparently enjoys teaching at Stanford. Too bad.

Herman Cain wasn't a significant candidate for the Presidency.

Carson has even less experience in governing than Obama and isn't qualified, well, all one has to be to qualify for the office is a native born American and be over the age of 35, but nothing upstairs politically. Should the GOP win, I would put Carson in charge of the VA mess.

Colin Powell was hung out to dry a couple of times, and frankly, although I highly respect the man's military career, he always was afraid to face the voters so his ambition to be President was never possible. Powell is one of those who apparently wanted to be "anointed" President, not elected President. Hillary Clinton suffers from the same misguided vision...........

Yea I bet it would be, she is stupid.

As a conservative, republican you are probably right.

Yea that's probably more his speed, because he is probably not smart enough to be the POTUS.

Oh that's is what Gen. Powell's problem is, he thinks he deserves it. Wow, thxs for clearing that up for us.

Let's discuss the economy from Clinton to now.
You call politicians disconnected idiots? Politicians have proven themselves the most resourceful people on the globe. The entire house and senate produce nothing, bleed the public dry, and after we are face down on all fours and they throw some bs nine to us about what they intend to fix, we beg them to screw us again.
Now here is a real question to ponder... Who has real power? Why?

Interesting that such a troll like Trump who is from 00:00h to 24:00h and 7 days/week only telling BS can cause 35 pages in this forum.

That is a perfect example of a comment I completely get that international folks won't.
I guess it is a little flattering that most posters pose as Americans and then badmouth this country... On the net...in English...haha, most of them are oblivious about the comical irony regarding that.
Looks like Carter will bite the dust soon. Doubt the white house will ever see any farmer or blue collar man again.
