From what I've been reading this is much like the Hillary report by Comey. The report mentions many acts of wrong doing but mostly claims there was no political bias. So, both reports concluded there was no criminal intent so to speak. Like you said, it had no teeth. The IG couldn't indict or force testimony. Barr and Durham both disagree with the IG conclusions. Days ago I heard from the talking heads not to expect too much from this report considering Horowitz is an Obama swamp creature. I didn't expect much from it but I'm a bit worried that Barr and Durham have not indicted anyone yet. Their report will confirm whether the US has become a banana republic or not.

 

Shouldn't that be...the BLOTUS is INCAPABLE of reading anything more than 75 character tweets?

 

So if Durham also concludes that the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election was NOT started for political reasons, will that confirm the country is not a banana republic?

 

That is not the only conclusion we should be concerned about. I make no predictions about the outcome, once we see what is done about crimes we already know about, then we will know.
