The reason lefties are whining about tests is they are hoping for higher numbers of sick and dead. They need that to be able to continue to stoke panic and fear.

Nobody is hoping for that. President Trump will be judged by his words and actions, not the Coronavirus death toll. How quick does the economy rebound. A 1000 check is nice, but ineffective in the long run.

 

So who did make the decision to develop our own tests instead of using the tests already available? If Trump wasn’t actually responsible must have been someone outside the federal government.

The 'tests' were not already available. It was a formula for tests that WHO and the CDC submitted for potential use, and then they went about developing their tests(the first batch of which...MALFUNCTIONED.)

Instead of an unfortunate logistics mishap, it has become another attacking point on Donald Trump.

 

It was not a logistics mishap. It was a very wrong decision. And the administration has been lying about the availability of test ever since.

and the CDC is part of the Executive branch which is Trump.
