"Corvid" regulations are based upon a fraud. Two courts have ruled them to be illegitimate. Are you into illegitimate governance?

"Risk other peoples lives?" Isn't that what you do when you drive a vehicle with passengers on the roadways of the US and elsewhere?

The facts are that "the virus" is no more dangerous than "the other virus" called influenza. If you're into facts...

The facts are that very few healthy people die from this stealth virus, engineered for gain of function by our very own government.

Risk other people's lives by going to church? Puh-leeze! Such drama and fear-mongering. :fart:

The laws are biased and single out believers compared to secular pursuits, something the Supreme Court has finally addressed in this country.

    True.

Also notice how high profile Democrats obviously don't fear the virus like Gavin Newsom.

Everything Democrats are doing is meant to punish Americans. This is why mosques are excluded.

Which secular pursuits does the rule/law allow that doesn't apply to religious pursuits?

My wife has an auto immune disease. Getting the Virus could kill her. Stop with the "few healthy people die form it". Would it be OK if you or someone in your family was one of those "few" ? There are families of the over 265,000 americans who would disagree with you. As of today, we are loosing on average 1400 people per day, thats literally a death every minute from covid. But for you, we should not stop people from putting money in the collection plate to revere the invisible guy in the sky

A more honest headline: Investigative reporter discovers over 60 people breaking the law and putting others' lives at risk.

To be clear sir, I lost my religion a long time ago. I do not attend church.

That said, I strongly support the First Amendment and the rights of any other person to practice religion as he sees fit.

I'm sorry for your wife's condition. I have several friends in the same boat.

What you offer here is just an appeal to emotions, specifically, the emotion of fear. You are entitled to your emotions and your fears, but they really are just a personal problem.

The mass hysteria so prevalent in this country is not a good sign for the stability of our society. Public policy based upon such hysteria and superstition is bad for society, and utterly irrational.

Dying from something that is preventable is not "hysteria". Nobody is denying them the right to practice their religion. Religeon is a set of beliefs, not places.

    The 14th amdendment clearly states:
Note that LIFE comes before "liberty".

The first church was built 300 years after Christianity, Little doubt that churches were first built in order to control the population especially in the attempt to end paganism. You can still practice and be Christian even if you don't go to a church

The ordering of the words does not mean in order of priority. The Framers knew better than to do that, because they knew such a justification would exist. If in order to preserve one's 'life', one must embrace draconian measures then those measures will always be justified so long as there is a 'risk/threat' to life.

To the extent this flimsy argument is accepted(war time), it is accepted under limited provisions. Not in screeds of governors and unilateral diktats without legislative approval.

The framers would be working towards a middle ground that keeps the most vulnerable among us safe, while allowing those who are healthy to continue to live their lives as unencumbered as possible by the government.

Leftist love Orwellian Authoritarianism. Every chance they get, they will seize power and control. It is the way of the Left. The ends, justify the means to them.

If this was in the US, we have a document that clearly explains why. Perhaps we can give our constitution to Canada. Its not like we are using it any more!

People can safely wash hands, socially distance, and mask up in church as well as anywhere else.

A secular place being limited to 50% capacity while a church is limited to 25% or 25 people which ever is smaller would be a common example.

So then, if you have covid and know that you do, and go out and infect someone and they die are you guilty of killing them ? Say "manslaughter" ?
