I prefer to build public housing inside gated communities. Any new public housing should be co-located with the richest neighborhoods in a community. The poor get access to better schools and surrounded by kids who are more than likely college bound, rather than gang bound.

Either it help to cure poverty by by exposing the poor to a more success oriented culture or it cures rich liberals of their love of diversity somewhere else.

Either way it's a win/win.
