The difference between traditionalism, feminism, and egalitarianism

Traditionalists believe women should be on a pedestal while simultaneously believing women are not as capable as men

Feminists believe women should be on a pedestal too but they call the pedastal equality

And egalitarians believe people should be treated equally regardless of gender.

Most of the men in law enforcement are traditionalists btw which explains things like the sentencing gap and beliefs like 18 year old males are capable of making adult decisions like joining the military where they might be killed named or psychologically damaged for the rest of their lives but 18 year old females aren't capable of deciding who they'll have sex with or not ec cetera.

As an egalitarian, I don't believe women should be on a pedastal and I believe capability depends on the individual not the gender.

There are women and people of color who wish to be judged based on their merit and not their race and/or gender, however...

    We call those people 'egalitarians'

Most people seem pretty content riding that affirmative action gravy train all the way to the promise land though...
