Give men the same maternity/ leave as women..... if a woman is granted 4 weeks....give the men in the company the same option.

This will eliminate the hiring of roughly equal qualified men over women with the same training and qualifications and make hiring come down to more professional qualities....not just "if she gets preggo, she wont be at work for 2 months

When you can nurse a baby, get back to me with that. And, nothing that's done will stop the whining so why bother?

Many places actually do that. When I was born the school that both my parents worked at gave them both the same amount of time off. My father took less, but it would have been possible for him to take three months of like my mother did.

Also, if you're hiring women you may have some problems with HR if you use the word "preggo". Just FYI.

I agree with this, and this is already how it works.

The LOL is on you. Wiki is correct. The FMLA guarantees the same leave for men as for women. Ergo, your post and "suggestion" is a nullity.
