I got the vaccine, but I also understand WHY people have doubts, including those in the medical fields. Desiring to make it a cut and dried issue "my facts verse your un-facts" is just disrespectful arrogance driven non-sense with an inability to in the least understand where other people are coming from let alone respecting it.

The problem with the world today is pretty much this. "I am right, you are wrong, do what I say". Stop with that.

Soo, at this point, I recommend we leave this call up to the administrators who have to staff these buildings. What may work as a viable policy in Wichita Kansas, may not in Portland Oregon, and what may work in a rural hospital in Idaho, may not in Honolulu. I am in favor of 'clearing the legal path' for these administrators etc so that it is 100% clear from a liability and policy perspective that they may terminate staff who do not comply with a vaccination mandate, but they can also delay implementation of any such policy pending adequate staffing levels. There are way too many variables for govt to decide this from afar.

There have been a number of secretly recorded conversations amongst hospital administrators that suggest they are more interested in profits than in patients' health.

 

If you're going to ask and answer your own questions and simply make things up and not address the answers given to your questions you're not worth talking to. You have yourself to answer all your questions.

If vaccines have any effect on the COVID then slope would be less steep at some point.
