    Ethnic cleansing is where two or more different people commit violence because of resources or religious differences. the latter can be dealt with or mediated by missionaries, but the first case will be harder to sort out.

    Let's start with resource scarcity? when two families fight for the goods, that is for them - they need it. if two tribes fight for it, they are made of families. to suggest they share is positively stupid, as then there will be two sides without enough, so, i am suggesting they receive seeds and fertilizer from charity, a one dollar donation from a handful of people will be enough for the seeds, of course. then, there will be plenty for everyone.

    Then, the cultural differences do not affect each other. if missionaries from churches in the cities of those countries or regions that they are in go out to them, for a holiday or a reference for work one day, then they will bring all sorts of ideas to the region.

    This all stems from xenophobia. this is where there is, in my country, hostilities between different cultures or even nationalities. this is because the people that come to my country from war ravaged africa are looking for a better life and take jobs from the natives here. this is the cited reason for these activities and i cannot see a less relevant one.

    So, to make more jobs for all people should be supplied by some or other means. if the will to work is there, as it is, then all that is needed is a means. this means we need to observe the supply and demand stats of the state - there is a need for food, there is a need for housing and other basic things. as the basics are supplied, there becomes new needs, like service delivery, but this is supplied by the state, of course. if we were to observe that now there is wants for luxuries, then we can see that selling luxuries would be much easier if everyone had a job, so;

    Observing that the needs can be supplied by those in need - that they can build houses cheaply and then buy food with that money would mean that there is still a need for capital. once you have a house, you may put it up under your loan and get money for tools to do basic work and then earn a living. this is a case where there is nothing, then there is something built cheaply and effectively and then there is something to use as surety in the economic environment. from here there is room for capital for jobs.

    As one famous comrade would say: there is the Tower of Babel - there's problem; no Tower of Babel - no problem.
