    Hopefully next year we will have a PoTUS that can engineer a bipartisan solution to this mess. Obama certainly is not a very good leader but then considering he has zero managerial experience that is not surprising. Even GW Bush could get congress to enact legislation, Obama had a hard time getting anything done even when the Dems had control of Senate and House

    Obama, by executive fiat, has given work permits to people not legally entitled to them. That's breaking the law of the land and
    ignoring federal immigration policy that's been in place for decades. There is no way around that. In post #108 I post documentation that proves Obama has acknowledged he doesn't have the authority to change federal policy on his own. People that endlessly argue this point are essentially arguing with Barry himself. Ironic.

    I understand.

    Much more important to find a like mind in gossiping than to actually make a point. It makes said gossiping easier and justifies it's lack of morality is you can find someone else to participate in it with you.

    Myself? well, I prefer to think and act alone. Makes for a much more genuine arguemnt.

    She is not making immigration law there is nothing that says these people can't live and work in Arizona, just don't ask for government programs reserved for certain groups. States can issue ID's as they wish the Real ID law sets standards for Federal use ID. She could go okay this ID is only legal for Federal identification needs its not useful for any Arizona use officially, businesses and others are free to accept them as they wish for their needs. It would be 100% legal and proper. Say an ID with a bold blue Federal Use Only on the back.

    As for state funded services and programs why should they spend their money in a way they don't wish to, I would assume any Federal program funded with Federal funds and joint programs would be required to be provided by a court.

    Gossip? DonGlock26 made an observation about your posting strategy and I agreed with him. Sue me! Third party input in threads is so common you would virtually silence the forum if you had your way and kept "gossip" out of the mix. Once again I suggest you stop personalizing every single thing you disagree with.

    And points? I've made lots of points about Obama's autocratic handling of this immigration mess and you've either ignored the facts or denied them (even when multiple posters prove you wrong). That's typical of you and I've run into it in other threads which is why I agreed so whole heartedly with DonGlock.

    Emergency healthcare is the only kind most illegals use. I live part-time in China and every time I renew my visa, I have to prove that I have my own health insurance, and that I will not become a burden on their society. What's wrong with that?

    Well, here we agree. The IGRA of 1986 ("Reagan's amnesty") prescribes a $10,000 fine per occurrence of I-9 noncompliance. No administration hence has used this law to much effect--and yes, the absolute WORST of the lot was Bush W 43...

    How about we get real honest about it and blame them all--because they have sold our borders to the highest bidders.
