Corbyn ran a great campaign but May's ineptness was the biggest reason they lost seats.

Yes both and there has also been a big campaign to get the young out to vote which may have something to do with it. Corbyn did offer something different. Looks like Labour may have got a few seats back in Scotland due to that.

It seems to be saying the UK does not want a Hard Brexit!

Although it looks likely that the Tories have not increased their vote - nonetheless our exit polls do not have the same exactness as the French so things could be different from what they say

    https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2017/jun/08/can-you-trust-exit-polls

For example with respect to the SNP they are predicted a loss of 22 seats....but then they say they are pretty certain about 11 of those seats but not at all sure about them losing the other 11 - very close seats.

Social media's response to the exit poll

It's to late for UK. The collective has imported to many drones there. The British culture and history will soon be replace. They will tear down statues of kings etc, because they owned slaves etc, and replace them with globalist.

The BBC's original exit poll has been amended, downgrading all the other parties and upgrading the Conservatives. But not by much.

They have changed it again bringing the Tories to 318, Labour to 267 and the SNP to 32

    https://twitter.com/BBCBreaking?ref_src=twsrc^google|twcamp^serp|twgr^author

That is incredibly near the exit poll of Tories 314, Labour 266 and SNP 34

Angus Robertson has lost his seat and they think Alex Salmond may also. Nick Clegg lost his too of course.

Edit: Salmond has lost his seat to a Tory.

It's likely that Conservatives will form a minority government and Theresa May will stay on as the prime minister and the chief negotiator of Brexit. Major terror incidents in Manchester and London have been associated with May's policy to reduce the number of police officers by 10,000, which is why she lost the majority. The focus of voters has shifted from Brexit to domestic security.

No that is by no means all. She lost it for lots of reasons. Even in the first three weeks when no one was noticing much except that she would not participate in debates she was losing her initial 20% lead. Then the big one was when she brought out her 'dementia tax' then on noticing she was losing her voters real fast did a uturn 4 days later which impressed people even less. The Tories went way down in polls after that and never recovered. People did not see her as 'strong and stable' but 'weak and wobbly'. All that before the terror attacks which really she ought to have won on though you are correct she did not win the argument that having reduced and intending on continuing to reduce the police numbers, she would now remove human rights and that would sort the terrorists. She did a bloody awful campaign. However at the same time people warmed to Corbyn who had a very successful campaign with policies which people liked especially the young.....and then you have Scotland where the Tories managed to get people to believe that if you voted for them, there would never be another Indyref. All the Scottish Brexiteers voted Tory - without that they would be in an even worse mess.

Guess what the people who will dislike results will say. Now, all together, "We got haaaaaacked!". And then media will have fuzz around it for couple weeks, with no evidences present, and yet another bunch of gulliable morons will sink into russophobia and renewed red fright.

Actually, slavery was abolished on Albion soil long while ago. Colonists were owning and trading slaves.

No offence, just pointing you to a detail you may have forgot or have not heard about.

Just wait until it's over, whichever side will find results displeasing will blame us. It's not like such accusations demand any sort of proofs anyway. And never will be as long as people eats what media feeds.

There are a lot of words, phrases and sayings that are here ...

Disaster for Theresa May fits best!

    As you write

May had a majority with the conservatives in the parliament, had in April about 20% lead in the polls and wanted more, because they did not get the neck full and a 2/3 majority in parliament wanted! And now: the majority lost and without coalition with another party is nothing working anymore!

And in 10 days, the Brexit negotiations begin, which have a definite deadline until March 29, 2019 to be completed because afterwards UK will no longer be in the EU!
Some EU haters in the UK and somewhere else may believe that Brussels is now full of malicious joy ... but this not true! The Brexit is fact and it is also the EU's only will to conclude the whole reasonably ... but with whom now and how can the British policy be taken serious as partner because who can hinder negotiations of UK government and EU if somebody of the extreme left or right perhaps something in the negotiations does not like and has influence to government due to coalitions?

And what is now with Scotland? May rejected a new vote for exist form the UK categorically ... but now where they were generally beaten by the British electorate?

Personally, I have a great sense of pain because of the defeat of May as a person. It is just this ... sorry ... Witch, which has endangered the security of UK with its budget cuts and thus also is maybe personally responsible that the attacks came because sometimes just 19,000 policemen were lesser due to her in the UK!

Labour is a collection of idiots run by a fool.
The Lib Dems are a joke run by a joke.
The SNP are Scottish idiots with a single policy that simply can't work

May lost to that lot meaning she isn't fit to run the UK so has to go.

Bring back Maggie, she's ten times better than the lot of them even though she's dead.

Isn't cloning still possible in gene research?
Anyway ... maybe then the iron lady will wash the heads of the Brits about Brexit she never wanted but pressing the EU for things and facts to pay which these brexit trolls Farrage and Johnson never told during their campaign of course!
Wasn't it the whining of these 2 idiots about the huge amounts the UK pays to Brussels? Yep ... but did they tell how much of this money comes back to the UK from Brussels due to agreements done by Maggie in the 1980's with Brussels? Of course not, because then their huge amount of money and digits paid to Brussels will melt down to 40% of what these 2 idiots told the people and what people believed!

SNP's collapse came faster than expected. Corbyn's credibility in the nation has been higher than expected.

Mays "new mandate" to negotiate on our behalfs at the EU has thankfully not been given. Turned out to have been an own goal.
Boris would have won it and won it easily.
