Funny I never put those words on paper as I recall. And not as awful as you claim it was isn't praise. Do you know what an indentured servant was?
Maybe in your tract you are fine, but check out Detroit, Oakland, CA, Richmond, CA, San Francisco and points east of that. If you lack knowledge of black crimes, you are in the dark. No pun.
Fort Ord first, Fort Benning then Ft. Dix and in Germany the process center in Frankfurt followed by the unit assignment at Schweinfurt Germany and at last flown back to Ft. Dix for release. Take the time at Ft. where I ordered the men to do guard duty. I set them out at their posts during the night. They had no choice. My assignment as Sgt. of the Guard was not my choice either.
Wait..YOU were a slave? You think serving in the military is slavery? You really don't have a clue. Were you paid? Were you allowed to go where you chose on your off hours? Were you whipped for infractions, Were you allowed to marry? Could your children or wife be taken from you on a whim? Was it a LIFELONG situation? Were your children obligated to this "slavery" as well? Were you allowed to vote? DId you have access to courts? Jesus dude...
You’d actually have to learn to make sensible arguements if they never did it. You can also compete with Brewskier for bad posts.
Thank you very much. My goal is for my posts to be historically accurate. Not that I want blacks to be slaves, but due to the intense trouble presented by blacks, and yes today it still is going on, the depart for Africa option ought to be in play. We have far too many problems for factions to call we republicans racists when we have so many blacks we actually admire. We think if those bellyaching all the time spent time in Africa, they might both appreciate America, stop calling themselves by the title African American and move forward to work hand in hand with we republicans. Clearly the traction they get from the Democrats has not done them one bit of good.
There are no easy solutions to the problem of one segment of society being disenfranchised from the rest. Much of the problem comes from the fact that blacks were treated as second class citizens for a long long time. Now we want to pretend that this is not part of the current problem. As our Gov't increases its power/ and police power at the expense of individual liberty - towards a quazi totalitarian police state - these marginalized classes will be the first to suffer and feel the effects. There will be a backlash.
Considering you were the one extremely ignorant of how slaves in America were treated, despite me pointing it out previously, I’m not entirely convinced you should be telling anyone about historical accuracy.
I am not one bit ignorant of how slaves were treated. But bigots assume all plantations did the same things.
That arrow is off target. This is not a "red vs blue" issue. The Establishment consists of both red and blue political elite. Regardless of which get power - they both continue to attack individual liberty - they both hate the principle on which this nation was founded "Individual Liberty is ABOVE the legitimate authority of Gov't". SCOTUS is particularly problematic as the voter has no real ability to stop them from waging war on the founding principle. Every sitting member of SCOTUS should be removed for dereliction of duty - failure to interpret law and the constitution on the basis of the founding principle.
You needed me to point out to you exactly what life was like and then tried to pull the “oh so you were a slave” card on me.
