Fact Check: Did KKK-Style 'Hate Groups' Receive $4M in PPP Funds?

Thirteen of the 14 “hate groups” that NBC News and the SPLC were outraged to find on the PPP recipient list are not hate groups at all, but conservative or Christian organizations that oppose the SPLC’s far-left policy agenda. The SPLC has weaponized its history in fighting the KKK and related groups to smear these political opponents in a rote form of defamation.

NBC News reported that Church Militant, C-FAM, and the American College of Pediatricians disputed what NBC News characterized as their “hate group status.” Yet the outlet did not deign to print any arguments against the SPLC’s smears.

Last year, the SPLC fired its co-founder, had its president step down, and had a prominent member of the board distance herself. The scandal broke out due to accusations of (decades-old) racial discrimination and sexual harassment. Amid the scandal, former employees came forward to expose the “con” of exaggerating hate to bilk donors.

The SPLC’s false accusations of “hate” have inspired at least one attempted terrorist attack......

It is ridiculous that the terrorist inspiring hate group SPLC has any say over calling other groups they have ideological differences with hate groups. They have been living off the fumes of work done forty or more years ago. They are now corrupt to the core, laundering lots of cash offshore. They have been found to be affected by misogyny and racism.

 

Groups like Americans Defending Freedom, Family Research Council, American Family Association, Concerned Women for America, and the rest of the 13 listed in the article are simply fine conservative or Christian public policy groups covering a variety of issues and don’t have any hate at all anywhere within them.

 

A California "rapper" defrauded the government of $1.2 million in COVID relief, bought a Ferrari and other random crap with it, bragged about it in a rap video, then got busted by the feds. Pure genius...

SPLC is long discredited. If anyone cares to look into its history, it was ALWAYS a front for plaintiff's lawyers trying to gin up the next class action.

It is the exact same thing as asbestos and Roundup ads on TV, PR fodder to poison juries and get the next big settlement. It is astounding in 2020 that the population is near totally unaware of the machinations of the plaintiff's bar, whether it's some medical device or procedure, drug, pesticide or "white supremacists."

In that environment of sheer ignorance, it's no wonder that the taxpayer (who is really the defendant in ALL these cases) gets scammed by these grifters over and over again.

A great deal of the money intended to help those at high risk survive got lavishly directed to those with no risk or need- and often those with agendas of malice toward the nation. I noted where the "French Laundry", a California wine-country restaurant made famous by a recent party of California's governor Newsom- got a couple mil. They shouldn't have been in too much difficulty, a meal there costs $350 with out any extras.
This is the way politicians and bureaucracies work; they create what is sold to us as our tax dollars helping those in need, and it winds up in the pockets of their friends..... and our enemies.

Watch that get far uglier under a democratic administration rife with radicals and short on patriots.

 

Oh let 'em have their remaining days of fun. When Jan. 20 rolls around they have to adopt a whole new schtick as Biden apologists, and that's liable to require some real imagination.
