Poor family. I really feel for them. This guy was shot for walking his dog, which he's allowed to do. The Phoenix police department must run a thorough investigation and bring justice to this case. The White community in Phoenix must be on edge considering the amount of blacks that shoot and kill Whites on a daily basis in America. Now they're doing it without being arrested for it? The White community better hope and pray for protection. They don't have a Jesse Jackson or an Al Sharpton to represent them and they sure as hell don't have any Black Panthers to put out a bounty on "22 year old black male's" head.

I can't understand how a cop could let a man go after shooting a man who has a (*)(*)(*)(*) dog with him...

Something is wrong with the self-defense laws apparently.

Identity of the shooter? Information of the victim?

Right now all you showed us is a small snippet of an article with not nearly enough info.

From the little I've seen I too demand the shooter be charged and I hope the investigation yields something.

But there is far less information available here than in the initial stages of the Trayvon Martin situation.

 

Just read some more on this...I don't buy the case...the shooter said that Adkins had a bat or something with him yet the police do not find ANYTHING? He lied...to cover his ass...how does a bat disappear?

There seems to be a witness who saw Adkins throw the first punch or whatever but we have no way of knowing if the man pushed or grabbed or anything Adkins before he fought.

The fact that both Zimmerman and this guy get to walk after killing people who are literally doing NOTHING wrong shows a problem with the Stand Your Ground laws in both Florida and Arizona.

Please post more on this as updates are found...and please lose the racist overtones...you're attempting to use David Adkins to further some agenda...

(*)(*)(*)(*) this case appears to be trickier...as witnesses DID see the man advancing on the couple and saw him swing first and repeatedly...also has him screaming obscenities at the couple.

If this man was mentally challenged the couple in the car had no way of knowing that...

Hopefully there is a video of this somewhere (it was in/near a drive-thru) and the actual truth can be known...

 

Also this happened just 9 days ago. The TM/GZ situation took about a month to brew to national awareness.

Also this case has a lot less holes in it.

 

The circumstances are different in this case. The dead guy attacked the driver in his car. Right now the cops seem to buy the idea that it was legitimate self-defense. It's still early so they may bring charges later on.

 

Must punish the shooter and the government must give some help to that family.

 

His own sister stated that her brother swung at the shooter first and started the fight. So she has already stated that it was self-defense.

 

So Z is not guilty for the same reason then...Thanks for that, should we now expect you to start posting in defence of Z?

So if witnesses say Martin swung on Zimmerman first it's a clean shoot?

 

There is one witness who said he saw trayvon on top and Z on the bottom.

There are other witnesses who report seeing differently.

Both are probably true as it was most likely a wrestling matc

There is no witness who saw a single punch nor any initial contac

It clues us in to who the initiator of conflict was and therefore a self defense.claim is more believable

The fact that no one saw that leaves us to only focus on the other details of the case.

Those don't make Zimmerman's story look credible

We know that Zimmerman went out of his way to end up where the shooting happened. Trayvon on the other hand was following a path home.

 

We've had these same (*)(*)(*)(*) discussions for weeks now. If you have selective memory that's on you.

They all seem to say that both of em were wrestling on the ground..I haven't discounted ANY witness in the case, just unlike some I haven't got the noose out and ready to lynch a man for a JUSTIFIED SHOOT.

 

Yes...we are all the NBPP...anyone who doesn't think that Zimmerman had a justified shoot is calling for his head and to hang him....
