No, I didn't say anything about physically preventing anything. I said, clearly, that I can lawfully protest or demonstrate against the practises of a business in its proximity. If that results in the business losing custom the purpose has been served.

 

Yes of course, as long as people are still able to enter the business. Most State and Local municipalities do require you to have a permit to protest on public land, though as long as you're not the nazis you'll more then likely get a permit.

Now if you're on private land, and if you don't have the land owners permission, then you need to move your protest to public land.
