Unbelievable what a corrupt legal system the United States have!! The US Government paid 5 million dollars to the legal defense... for what, I ask? Yes, to travel several times to Chechnya and talk to and pressure the parents of Dzhokhar until his mother broke down and wrote a letter to her son, asking him to go along with whatever his defense lawyer tells him!!! What a mean and deceiving method of dealing with a victim!!! Apparently, it is alleged that this so called "defense" lawyer, Judy Clarke, was under order from above to make sure Dzhokhar gets the death penalty. My question now is: What did the US Government gain from this charade? Why did they single out these two brothers, kill one, sentence the other to death, and then go about it so sloppily? Does anyone have an idea why?
A rather odd and nutty premise...as the guy provided ample grounds to say he did it. there were TWO backpacks and TWO bombs. There also was the stuff AFTER the bombing. It was a slam dunk case. What the hell is the AGENDA here to even TRY to say this fcker was some innocent victim?
Good luck with that. Odds are the backpack had a black liner since it had black trim and was just turned inside out in the photo---you know after it blew up.
