I think the line in the warning that begins "Foreign actors and cybercriminals could exploit the time required," is where the typo occurs. It should read, "Domestic actors and members of the Trump administration could exploit the time required to certify and announce elections’........"

For the sake of discussion let's ignore the purposeful, treasonous negligence of this admin in fighting more Russian election interference. Instead, focus on Comrade Trump's efforts to damage the integrity of the election's outcome. By both sabotaging the process by which mail-in ballots are collected and undermining confidence in that process with baseless innuendo.

The admin is already suggesting the election result must be available on election night. A suggestion meant to discredit the eventual result which, due to the anticipated increase in mail-in ballots, may be delayed for an unknown period of time.

Just as he did in the lead-up to the 2016 election with unfounded claims it was rigged against him the Conman-in-Chief is trying to sow doubt about the outcome of the 2020 election. The FBI is warning Russia is poised to help him in that endeavor. Because......of course they are. Putin's goal is to weaken America and the best way to achieve that end is to weaken it from within. Like getting a useful idiot re-elected.
