    I don't think so...to what are you referring? And, the Crowdstrike theory was/is very specific and according to our former Russian expert on the NSC (Hill) a conspiracy born in Russian intelligence.

    Not quite. Judge Jackson said until the motion for a new trial is dealt with, and as she cannot speak for the Circuit Court, he may well be sent to prison if she herself refuses to grant a new trial.

    The sentencing will happen Thursday as scheduled but Stone will remain free pending her determination on the motion for a new trial.

    Stone's attorney could ask Judge Jackson to allow him to remain free pending appeal if she denies the motion for a new trial, but that is a different issue to be presented.

    But, the Crowdstrike theory is very specific. And, I suspect the Ukrainians claiming they interfered are the pro-Russian Ukrainians, who would like to be back in power, no?

    Ukraine interference in the 2016 election, they have admitted to it. This was widely reported. You really should get out of your echo chamber

    Well then it would seem that she intends to rule on the motion for a new trial very soon, since she did not postpone sentencing, which I believe is scheduled for Thursday.

    Yeah, and you could switch the bottom panels and accurately show the response at the time.

    So...the DNC asked them to hack the DNC servers? Interesting theory. You're aware that there are many pro-Russian Ukrainians who aren't from the Crimea or the Eastern border provinces, aren't you?
