There were no attacks. Saying someone was unfair in their ruling is an opinion and one he president is allowed to have. Not a violation of the SoP. Law enforcement is allowed to have opinions on judges and their rulings...they doubt all the time. It’s not a SOP violation...that s absurd.
Moreover highlighting the juror had undisclosed bias isn’t an attack, but highlighting potential jury misconduct.

Not at all...Trump's complaint about the sentencing recommendation is Barr's problem. It's the Presidential attacks on the judge and jury that, IMO, constitute an impeachable crime.

There is no such thing as an independent justice department. It's part of the executive branch.
The three branches of government are.
    1. The executive branch= enforces laws
    2. The legislative branch= makes laws
    3. The Judicial branch= makes sure laws are constitutional.

Nonsense. It's the most blatant form of interference in the separation of powers doctrine. And, as the "tweets" have been announced by the WH as "official statements," they constitute statements from the President, NOT the private citizen Donald Trump. Stone's attorneys have the right to appeal, with or without the President's support. His support through "official statements" is inappropriate and an attack on the Judicial branch and our system of justice.

To steal from Fiona Hill: Some of you may believe the theory that Bill Barr is the President's personal lawyer. This has been propagated by the President's political enemies themselves. Barr is nobody's man. Not Trump's, not Republican's. Anybody. He follows the law, where the law takes him. I'm sure of that much.

That says nothing. The pardons this morning for the Illinois governor and Giuliani's former convicted felon Police Commissioner are examples of who is getting nervous. Don't know what's up with Blagojevich, but the Kerik pardon is probably a message to Rudy...keep quiet and there will be a pardon for you.

The President is alllowed to have official opinions on what they think is fair and unfair. It’s not attack nor does it violate the SOP.

If you heard it, it's because you typed it. That's not at all what the post you were replying to said. The post you replied to, refers to the fact that the DOJ is not constitutionally or even congressionally authorized. That's a fact that Rod Rosenstein himself relied upon when faced with the Republican House.

However, it also means support for the same institution can easily be revoked. Though it's hard to imagine the Union(of citizens) coming together to remove a corrupted system, but it only takes enough pokes at the bear of citizenry for us collectively to make that decision.

So if I were they? I'd stop beating the drum of propaganda of a so-called "interference" and start doing their job with respect to the law regardless of the outside world. For the law to be impartial, for lady liberty to be blind they must ignore outside disturbances. This is the demand and expectation placed upon them. If they don't like it, step down from the bench and let go of the gavel.

Ok...but they have nothing to do with impeachment or law enforcement.

Was it an impeachable crime when Obama called out the Supreme Court at the SOTU about a ruling?

Probably...anything the House has the votes for is an impeachable offense. Republicans had the House majority for six of Obama's eight years...why didn't they impeach him?

Hence the attempted coup d'etat. A special prosecutor from outside the DOJ would probably be able to indict most of the Obama secret police/spy agency chiefs and hundreds of their minions for serious felonies if not treason.
The assault on Trump is just a crude desperate massive cover-up.

Because it’s not impeachable offense! Hahah you all have been so desperate to undo the 2016 election you’ve abused the House...and made a mockery of the Constitution with their absurd claims like this!

There was no coup attempt. There was a legitimate counter-intelligence investigation, which morphed into a criminal investigation by a Special Counsel, thanks to the stupidity of the newly elected President, when he tried to shut the counter-intelligence investigation down.

Jacoby even bragged about it on Facebook... But Obama wasn't laughing because Jacoby's 14 hour visit to the White House was sourced and her log-in was verified.

What do you think "high crimes and misdomeanors" means? Most constitutional experts agree that it is consists of crimes against the state, however the legislative body determines them.

Yes, I think any thinking soul would have shut down the counterintelligence operation and limited it to a domestic criminal investigation. Counterintelligence operations have an objective and it isn't to obtain evidence, find fact or determine guilt in a court of law. A counterintelligence operation is tasked to stop by any means the subject of the operation. It is legal to bribe, coerce, detain, deport, fabricate evidence, injure, lie or any other war like act necessary to stop foreign related activity. This power has no place in a domestic criminal investigation and definitely not when focused on domestic political campaigns.

Counterintelligence is OFFENSIVE FORCE, not passive info gathering.

A couple of links to help. Webster's definition, the FBI's web site and a wiki article. Happy reading, it aught to scare the hell out of you.

Definition of counterintelligence: organized activity of an intelligence service designed to block an enemy's sources of information, to deceive the enemy, to prevent sabotage, and to gather political and military information.

    https://www.fbi.gov/investigate/counterintelligence

    Inside the FBI’s Counterintelligence Program
The FBI has been responsible for identifying and neutralizing ongoing national security threats from foreign intelligence services since 1917, nine years after the Bureau was created in 1908. The FBI’s Counterintelligence Division, which is housed within the National Security Branch, has gone through a lot of changes over the years, and throughout the Cold War the division changed its name several times. But foiling and countering the efforts of the Soviet Union and other communist nations remained the primary mission.

While the Counterintelligence Division continues to neutralize national security threats from foreign intelligence services, its modern-day mission is much broader. The FBI is the lead agency for exposing, preventing, and investigating intelligence activities on U.S. soil, and the Counterintelligence Division uses its full suite of investigative and intelligence capabilities to combat counterintelligence threats. While the details of the FBI’s strategy are classified, the overall goals are as follows:

    • Protect the secrets of the U.S. Intelligence Community, using intelligence to focus investigative efforts, and collaborating with our government partners to reduce the risk of espionage and insider threats.
    • Protect the nation’s critical assets, like our advanced technologies and sensitive information in the defense, intelligence, economic, financial, public health, and science and technology sectors.
    • Counter the activities of foreign spies. Through proactive investigations, the Bureau identifies who they are and stops what they’re doing.
