Feinstein In Deep After She’s Caught W/ Iranian Minister On Her Phone, Raising Countless Questions And Accusations

...Why, during a crisis like this one, would the head of the Senate Intelligence Committee be talking to Iran’s foreign minister?

Fox News host Mark Levin stated during his radio show on Thursday, “He’s the foreign minister to an enemy state that seeks to attack American military personnel in the Middle East, that seeks to put nuclear warheads on ICBMs so they can reach the United States. It is a terrorist regime, an Islamo-Nazi regime in Tehran, that has killed Americans, that funds Hezbollah to kill Americans, that funds Hamas to kill, and is a threat to our national security, obviously.”

“What in the hell is the ranking Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee doing talking on an iPhone around the Capitol to Javad Zarif?”

Why is Feinstein speaking with Iranian leaders?

In what capacity is she interacting with them?

Is her "phone" a legitimate means to be communicating?

Iran is the top state supporter of terrorism on earth.

As the head of the Intelligence Committee, we already knew that she had access to the foreign minster of Iran's contact info, because making diplomatic arrangements with foreign officials is very much a part of that role. As for why she was seen speaking with the Iranian foreign minster, she wasn't.. at least not that we know of

The report is based on a photograph of Feinstein walking through the capital building with the foreign minister's name displayed on her cell phone screen, however she is not seen making a phone call. If she was arranging unauthorized contacts with the foreign minister of Iran, then there could be issues with such exchanges, however if she is arranging a contact with the foreign minister as part of her duties as the head of the Intelligence Committee, then there is no issue.

In the words of the president, the US prefers a diplomatic approach to resolving tensions with Iran, and wishes to speak with Iranian leaders. If Feinstein is acting within the boundaries of the federal government's official position, then there is no wrong doing, but if she is undermining the federal government's official position with Iran, then she is committing a crime

Whether it was one or the other, I cannot say with any certainty, because all I have to go off of is a photograph of the senator's phone with the Iranian foreign minister's name on it.

When our leaders talk to hostile or enemy foreign leaders, there seems to be an automatic assumption of guilt, corruption and collusion by one, and total innocence by the other. Go figure.

    Dear Vladimir Putin,

If you're listening, please wiretap Senator Feinstein's phones, office phones, home phones, cell phones, and hack into her computers and emails and send them to Wikileaks.

    Thank you,

    AMERICA.

As the head of the Intelligence Committee, her phone is already monitored by the US federal government. In fact all contacts that the federal government authorizes between US officials and foreign officials are monitored and recorded.

It's true, in fact all phone calls that the president himself makes with foreign leaders are recorded. Since they are making these contacts on behalf of the federal government, it is legal for the federal government to record them. Heck, the private sector does the same thing, when you contact a customer service number, the company often records those calls.

Typically no, public officials usually have a work phone and a private phone. The private phone is not monitored

Unless those communications are on an unsecured server.

That would be a problem, wouldnt it?

Yes, and that would give the federal government reason to conduct an investigation

I say we send a SWAT Team to her house, her office and throw her fat butt in jail for aiding and abetting the enemy.

Since Congress has the power to authorize war, I would hope to hell that high ranking members would be doing everything in their power to know exactly what was going on and making every effort to avoid war ... Common Sense 101.

But we should remember, this is the same thread source that claimed the Buttigieg story that everyone knew was fake.

Maybe an attempted backroom deal to try to get the Iranians to not cooperate to make Trump look bad?

    Would not be surprised.

Iran attacked several oil tankers recently.

Maybe Feinstein is trying to lure the US into war with Iran.

Feinstein probably was complaining she didn't get all of her millions in kickbacks from the Hussein Obama Iran Nuke Deal. You know, like everyday swamp dealings.

She absolutely DOES NOT have the authority to talk to dignitaries of other countries unless granted permission from no lower than the Secretary of State. It is called the Logan Act.

    Trump is the POTUS.

Bolton is his National Security Adviser.

Nothing happens if Trump doesn't approve it.

Things like moving task forces to the middle east, from multiple directions.

    Obama even turned around Turkey.
