Florida company warns employees they may lose jobs if Biden is elected.

    The president of the company at Daniels Manufacturing Corporation in Florida gave each of his employees a letter with their paychecks informing them they may lose their jobs if Joe Biden is elected president. One of the employees saw this as intimidation trying to sway the employees into voting for Trump so he informed the media. When the president of the company George Daniels found the media was aware of his letter, he fired the employee Stan Smith who had informed them. Mr. Smith has now hired an attorney and is suing the company for both using intimidation tactics to sway peoples votes and illegal termination. As it turns out Mr. Daniels is a very heavy contributor to the Trump campaign.

    Threatening employees with loss of their jobs is VOTER INTIMIDATION which is a Federal CRIME !!!

    He can't possibly be intimidated by his former employer, he does not work there any more LOL :D

    PS libs here routinely say that the left will riot, loot and burn if Trump is re-elected. I don't see them arrested on federal charges.

    Nowhere in your OP did you say the employees were threatened. The employer merely mentioned if Biden is elected then they might lose their jobs.

    Well believe me he is being sued in Federal court!!! The letter told them if they vote for Biden they may lose their job if he is elected, that is a THREAT!!!! He also flies a large TRUMP sign outside his business which amongst other things caters to the aerospace industry, He gave over $600,000 to the Trump campaign.

    The employer has no way of knowing who you voted for. Employee should've just kept their mouth shut and voted however they wished. Now he has to find a new job because he make his employer look bad. Oh well. Florida is a right to work state.

    Your legal theory is wrong.
    People are not prosecuted for the crimes they may commit
    They are prosecuted for the crimes they HAVE committed.
    Whether or not further intimidation can or will take place is irrelevant to the crime committed.
    The crime committed is Voter Intimidation and based on the employer's behavior
    I'd say there's a good chance he's guilty.
