We are discussing unnecessary cosmetic surgery. I would love to expand the discussion to imposing other unnecessary medical procedures/products on children for profit, but I will leave that for another thread.

 

Some bets here:

Im willing to bet a lot of libs are all for switching sides because their fellow libs say they are and it’s all the rage, and the reason their fellow libs say they are is because a very small number of people who are very, very loud told them to.

I’m willing to bet that if any lib on this board had a kid who said s/he was in the wrong body they’d be horrified and wouldn’t rush to change it. In fact, it would be just the opposite.

And I’m willing to bet that every lib on this board would say they would still love their kid but they wouldn’t want them to come out or get surgery because they’d be bullied. Sure.

Let’s face it, all this tranny stuff is a liberal trend, it’s what the fashionable liberal is doing this spring season….as long as it’s someone else’s kid and not theirs.

 

There's no such thing as transgender youth. Calling cosmetic surgery and hormone suppression medical treatment doesn't make it medical treatment.

Further it's a psychological issue that this type of "treatment" doesn't help.

What if they are on the same page regarding sexual intercourse with one another. Or breast implants for girls it gave tattoos smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol?

You can make a case that preventing polio is a good idea and I will agree. Preventing this from happening to children is also a good ides.

 

"Puberty blockers" another name for "hormone blockers" actually do have side effects which are not reversible. Such as sterilization.
