The overnight changes to the 302 also included the addition of a line, indicating Flynn had been question on whether “KISLYAK described any Russian response to a request by FLYNN.”

But the agent’s notes do not include that question or answer, Powell stressed, yet it was later made into the criminal offense charges against Flynn. And “the draft also shows that the agents moved a sentence to make it seem to be an answer to a question it was not,” Powell added.

Then, the day after those changes were made, Strzok texted Page asking: “Also, is Andy good with F 302?” Page replied: “Launch f302.” Simultaneously, David Laufman in the National Security Division of DOJ, called Flynn’s law firm, Covington and Burling, to pressure them to file the FARA registration form for Flynn Intel Group. Those FARA registration forms would later be used to press Flynn to plead guilty.

If you knew the whole story behind that tapped call it would horrify us and Obama would be in viewed as the scumbag he was in this instance. So you will likely never hear it, as the MSM won't tell it.

The Obama administration waited for Flynn to be on vacation in the Caribbean at the end of December. They then expelled about a dozen Russian Agents who they "blamed" for the hack.

    https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/dec/29/barack-obama-sanctions-russia-election-hack

They knew Kislyak would call Flynn and Flynn was not on U.S. Soil, so this time, they could listen in and expose Flynn without any court order. They hated Flynn, everyone knew that. Obama even requested to Trump to no employ Flynn. This was so entirely scummy and went right to the top.

Even the FBI said Flynn committed no crime.... and the Comey charged him.

How about we call it unelected government officials acting in a politically biased manner? It's what China does.

Flynn was targeted because he wanted an audit of the intel agencies, and he for a long time was the only honest voice on our Afghan policy.

    I will tell you what...

If Flynn did nothing wrong, I have no problem with him not facing consequences.

If Flynn did something wrong, I think his worst case is a short sentence at Club Fed that he could do standing on his head.

I honestly don"t care (about Flynn) either way at this point.

There is way too much OTHER Chicanery in Trumpland.:salute:

Flynn’s lawyers had pointed to what they believed were discrepancies between the notes by the two FBI agents, drafts of the 302, and the final 302 itself, alleging the documents had been “manipulated.”

The DOJ also dismissed concerns about alleged discrepancies between drafts of the interview notes, calling the changes "largely grammatical and stylistic."

The interviewing agents’ handwritten notes, interview report, drafts of the interview report, and statements are consistent and clear that the defendant made multiple false statements to the agents about his communications with the Russian Ambassador on January 24, 2017,” Liu wrote.

They never said he committed no crime. Why on earth do you keep repeating that nonsense?

    Unlikely

Federal District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan, who mused last year about whether Flynn could be charged with treason, last month rejected Powell’s motions, finding the allegations that federal agents entrapped Flynn and wrongly withheld evidence were baseless.

Since the 302 was altered by people inside the FBI looking to damage Flynn and the new Administration, this is grounds for dismissal of his case and grounds to have the agents in charge arrested.

    Further:

FBI Agent Joe Pientka – who lied the FISA Court and later interviewed Flynn – was promoted and moved to the SF area AFTER the FBI learned of serious problems in his FISA application. The SF FBI Field Office has scrubbed him from their site. See screengrabs below.

    https://twitter.com/Techno_Fog/status/1216153856914132992

Public records reflect that Pientka relocated from DC to SF in the summer of 2019, after which he was listed as a SF Field Office Ass't Special Agent in Charge. This was a year after the DOJ notified the FISA Court of *some* (but not all) of his FISA deficiencies in July 2018

    https://twitter.com/Techno_Fog/status/1216155806292434945

Pientka was moved from DC once the IG Report was finishing up. Putting this into context - the FBI/Wray has been keeping Pientka from the public spotlight and Congressional inquiry since 2018. The FBI is certainly interested in taking care of Pientka. The reasons are apparent.

    https://twitter.com/Techno_Fog/status/1216159832123879425

Now FBI Manager Pientka's lies and omissions to the FISC were material - and made under penalty of perjury. He knew the dossier was fraudulent. He knew of witness denials. He lied about its accuracy.

He should have all the charges dropped, but prosecuting those who lied to frame him will probably never end up in a courtroom nor less a prison, which is where they belong.

After Flynn refused to lie for prosecutors (Van Grack), they retaliated by: 1) Reversing course and labeling Flynn a co-conspirator 2) Improperly contacted Flynn's son 3) Put Flynn's son on the witness list for intimidation purposes (never called as a witness)

Lie to the FISA court, get a promotion. Lie to the FBI, go to prison.

I much more interested in the chicanery Durham is investigating, Flynn did nothing remotely comparable to that.

Exactly. That is why they had to alter the 302, to manufacture lies to prosecute him with.
