So, at one time back in college, I was fairly bulky. I would work out, then go to the cafeteria with my books. I would eat lunch, study, read until I was hungry, then eat lunch 2. Ever since I got out of college, the spirit has been there to build muscle again, but the food has not been. Sometimes I'll work out really hard and be sore for days because I'm just not eating enough. I know I can do it but the stars need to align in a certain way. So I am wondering if anyone on here has some ideas, or a link to a body building forum where the posters aren't idiots. I somehow need to produce a lot of food and bring it with me, in such a way so that it doesn't go bad and I can eat as much as I need to. The question is, what to cook and what to prepare? I don't have unlimited time and muscle milk hasn't been cutting it.
Pasta and meat (plus whatever sauce you desire)! Don't forget the salad! Carbs, protein, and essential vitamins and nutrients.... you can't go wrong. One of my favorite meals is a heaping plate of spaghetti, and an even larger portion of leafy green salad topped with anything and everything that goes well with salad. Can't forget the bread either
I am thinking about getting a microwave into my office to cook meats. The internet says that you should eat cooked meats within two hours of them cooling down... I am at work way longer than that But I do approve of the pasta part. I am intending to learn how to make my own tomatoe sauce here soon.

yeah its not a big secret, carbs and protein combined with exercise(go easy on the carbs)...skip the exercise and you just get fat...
I do protein shakes, and chicken salads, heavy on the chicken. I would recomend getting your testosterone tested, I used to be huge, but then at 30 i just got fat, hair started falling out, and after a work out i would be sore for much much longer. Got my t tested 2 weeks ago, and I was crazy low, I would have never thought to check if it wasnt for the extreme soreness, it was like a tore a muscle at times.
Just talk to your doctor. If it turns out you have low t, dont do the gels or anything else like that, do the once a week shots.
lots of conflicting medical opinion on whether testosterone causes cancer or not..., even opinions that it causes breast development, fat gain and hair loss in men, I would have thought the opposite but there you go there is alot of debate....check it out, educate yourself and proceed with caution which ever route you take....
The pills and gels are iffy at best, Low T is a killer. If you dont go above normal levels for a healthy man, from what ive read you should be fine. If you go to high, then you will produce estrogen, and then get boobs and all that fun stuff. The right amout of T will produce fat loss, cholesterol loss, prostate health, mental health and many more things. The key is a good doctor getting you to the right levels. I go in on friday myself, for a shot, with no fear at all of my future, i feel i am extending my life, and my happiness by getting my t under control.
