    Actually, most progressive Democrats are howling mad over the possibility of an attack on Syria. There's quite a split right now some arguing that Assad's capabilities to launch such attacks should be neutralized, others smell PNAC's hand in this and want nothing to do with it.

    Besides our casualties in Iraq- this was the strategic mistake about Iraq. We didn't finish what we went into Afghanistan to do- and I supported our attack on Afghanistan.

    Bush the Lesser handed Obama two unwinnable wars on two unrelated fronts and had done everything in the worst possible way. Surgical strikes in Afghanistan, as Clinton tried to do, and as Obama ultimately did, would have made more sense.

    We generally object more to the sorts of wars that republicons get us into because they have no clue how to fight and win, assuming that the war was really a vital national objective or not.
