FOX asks top writer for Tucker Carlson for resignation, racism & sexism.

    Fox has asked for and obtained the resignation of Blake Neff, who has worked there since 2016 as the top writer for the Tucker Carlson show. He previously worked at the Daily Caller as a writer. He was asked to resign when they found he had been posting racist and sexist material in an online forum using a pseudonym. His derogatory material included insults to blacks,women and Asians.

    So you are saying FOX polices itself and keeps it's own house clean, and that is no surprise.

    If CNN had the same level of integrity, perhaps Fox wouldn't be kicking their asses to the ratings curb every time. Of course, that would require CNN firing everyone, top to bottom. They put worse crap out on their shows everyday than that writer did on an openly hostile website. Of course you aren't offended by that, and pretend it doesn't happen. But, we know- that you know......that it's so.

    That seems reasonable. When you work for corporate America, you represent that corporate brand 24 hours a days, at work and in your free time. Neff's off-hours behavior did not represent Fox's values, so they did the right thing.

    They did. Usually, people in public facing positions are asked to resign instead of being outright fired. In top positions, it's common for a letter of resignation to be written upon hire and becomes part of an employee's file so it's ready should they choose to fire that person.

    resignation are a save face way of being fired, as the next employer may not know why, but in this case, I do not think that will be an issue due to the high profileness of the case

    I don't really understand why people cannot understand that stuff posted on the internet is there forever. It's not smart to jeopardize a job just to vent about whatever group you hate. Why would any rational and, supposedly intelligent, person risk it? Makes no sense.

    Writers aren't generally hired by the host they are assigned to the host by the network. Not infrequently they work for more than one show.

    He has been writing first drafts for Tucker Carlson based on Carlson's instructions since he infiltrated FOX after the 2016 election. A former employee at the radical leftist Hill, Neff did what the DNC and their operatives tried to do to give credence to the Russia collusion hoax, infiltrate the campaign and then frame it by contacting Russians. Try a new game sometime. The old ones are getting old, especially when your guy makes it obvious by coming out in an election year when the DNC has less than no candidate.

    Didn't Tucker Carlson once work for CNN and Maria Bartoroma, Liz Clayman and several other FOX current employees once worked for CNBC???

    I believe this is the fourth for Tucker. Yeah, it’s a coincidence racists continue to be in his orbit. At least he sold his share in the rag (Daily Caller) he co-founded in June. That appears to be the nexus for the hires and obviously, he’d have no clue—no insight into background of the writers he hires.

    Tucker Carlson is who he is. This is not another “coincidence”. He knows who he’s hiring.
